YES! It was so cool back then to meet GMs in OG or whatever and sometimes they messed around with their console commands. They should keep doing that again on classic servers.
Ikr 🤙🏻 The server message when they trolled everyone with the 'beta has ended, all characters will be deleted', then after everyone's jaws dropped, their next 'server' post was 'haha, that one never gets old' just shows the massive shift in attitude of the people running the show... Unfortunately the show just isn't as good as it used to be with the old cast & crew 😣😢😢

or a fusion of both with some modern wow things (mount/companion/toy/transmog tabs, 4 spec druid, visual update to the world and instances (like Arathi Basin and Warsong Gulch got), playable goblins, first aid being baked into both tailoring and alch like already is, and jc) and things that didn't make it to vanilla (caverns of time dungeon, kara40 raid (should remove the line from naxx and add to kara40), dragon isles raid, necromancer/blademaster/runemaster classes, and playable horde ogres) along with a gnome/goblin only tinker class

I know it sounds like a fkn bad theory and I am pretty sure a lot of people believe that but I think Asmon is in the Blizzard "crew". Noone comes back to W OMEGALUL W after playing it for years then going variety because the game scks a$$ then taking a big break. Sounds weird, but after this comeback to wow I am more sure than ever.

I was just thinking how nice it would be if they introduced a dynamic boss-spawn.
For example Onyxia just casually spawning in a random zone for a time.
Everquest used to do that. GM's would walk around talking to players. Then just randomly summon dragons.

Yes, i think one layer will be about the same amount as the server cap was back in vanilla.

This reminds of the end of wow beta, when they summoned lots of big demons and infernals before the shut down of the servers. It was glorious.
Most people you ever saw in one place because it is a stress test. They phased people in until the server crashed. In BfA if there is too many people you will be phased out and you will be on another server, that is why you never see so many people.
People want no sharding yet this is just a stress test, not even release and no one can move....
Even the GMs are having more fun with classic. This just shows what this game has lost over the years. I still remember my one interaction with a GM in BC: He appeared in front of my group in a Magister's Terrace run as a Succubus. That was so cool. I really hope they can have fun with this and realize themselves why Classic-WotLK was the best this game has ever been.

trying to log into the stress test was great! i waited over an hour to even see the realm list and just kept getting dced. and it was over before i even got a chance so glad i got invited to the beta to not play it!!
