A lot of you said you were interested about property (and what I do within in property) so I thought this was the perfect way to kickstart this type of content whilst I'm in Dubai looking for my first dubai property WAHHH

I love how transparent you're being with us about all the steps it's gonna take to buy your Dubai home, there's just no BS with you Amber! Like someone else said its really refreshing. Your idea about renting a car out is very sensible too. You have a Manchester apartment, London apartment & soon to be Dubai apartment...you're smashing it Boss Babe!! I'm gonna say the first location is a steal so id choose that one. 2022 is your year!
Love the consistency! The Dubai property info is not boring at all it’s refreshing over all the turn-up Dubai vlogs. I do like the first location but I also like the 3rd but go for the first because it sounds like you get more money for your buck. "I'm definitely not moving to Dubai for no man, I'm buying this apartment for myself, for holiday lettings & investments"👏👏

I used to live in Dubai and I would say al barari is probably the best plus it’s not far out like u said. And anyways in Dubai you have to drive no matter what

I liked Al Barari first then La Mar😍 but being far out & away from your friends isn’t ideal I guess
Advice don't buy with anybody above you and maximum 5 storey flats, because the lifts will break down , flat with balcony facing west to get evening sun, so bring compass.no shared balcony
The first property is definitely the nicest from the sneak peaks you gave and the price compared to the rest as well seems better, living in a high rise would make me feel sick too! ✨

I prefer buying luxury/serviced apartments
No work needs to be done as I can’t commit my time like this yet
Will be easier to resell
The developers warranty so any issues they will fix
Minimal problems with tenants
property value increasing quickly especially if in city centre/ new developing area
And also buying off plan means on completion there could be up to 80k in equity which I can realise and buy another apartment
The yield for my Manchester apartment will be around 7-8%
So I’m happy to lose a percent when there are so many more positives
But it’s definitely something I would look into in future when I have the time to commit to projects
