Showcasing more underrated characters like Jing Yuan and Argenti inherently means I'm going to get less traffic compared to if I was showcasing each new meta character lol.
Nice Jing Yuan and Xue Yi plays, I love Jing Yuan but sadly I started after his rerun ended lol so hopefully there is next time. And love that Xue Yi match the music at 9:44, Eyja's event is one of my favorites.
Jing Yuan team is using the 2nd buff (ultimate charging) and Xueyi team is using the 1st buff (reduce charges by 4, etc.) Tingyun should ideally have Penacony or Broken Keel instead of Vonwacq here but my new Eagle set on her has no Effect RES and I was just too lazy to swap to Penacony. The main issue I had with getting consistent runs on the second half was Xueyi deciding if she wanted to kill multiple mobs or just focus on one, which ruined the wave clearing and frequency of the 1st buff.
For this particular run or just in general case scenario, how big of a difference does an s5 DDD make? Say, as compared to an s3 DDD? Also, awesome Jingyuan run as always. Can't wait to get Huohyo for mine soon.
Generally speaking S3 is enough, the difference is 4% Advance which in most cases doesn't really matter. But you may need to compensate a little bit more with SPD stats, but I unfortunately don't know enough about SPD breakpoint calculations to give a definitive answer. But from my personal experience, you probably won't notice.
still haven't pulled a single copy of DDD and I've played since launch.. my characters are really built and I've gotten so close to 0 cycling multiple MoC's and the DDD diff just hurts
I had the same set-up for first half but Aventurine since I dont have Huohuo and no Sig-LCs netting me a very awesome 20k LMFAO. 2nd half was Hime/Herta/Robin/RM S1 barely clutching 40k. The extra pain is def. having at most lvl 70 4*S5 LCs and lvl 9 'important talents'. But man, Apocalyptic Shadow is another set of investment/inventory check. Missing the time in between 1.2-1.5 really made it hard for endgame content for a good year...
Both can brute force any Pure Fiction pretty easily, but Argenti does contest common Harmonies like Tingyun and Sparkle while Jade is reliant on partners like Herta, Aventurine, Blade, or Himeko. So it depends on who you like more or your current support availability.

@@Weebhideout yes, pulling for Jade will make PF a lot easier. Since she is more of a duo DPS character with FUA, she is less prone to getting powercreeped (but at this stage of the game powercreep barely matters). I’d probably pull for Yunli though since from what I’ve seen from early access videos, she is more complex to use than Jade but doesn’t suffer as much if there are no minions/multiple targets.
@@BackwardOutofDusk best limited banner + event because I liked the story, the vibes, and Eyjaberry came home in the free 10 pull. The Skalter banner comes close because I got 3 copies of her pretty early, 2/3 of which from single pulls, but not a single Kalstit.
For Pure Fiction I'd see it working as pretty decent, but only during Quantum weak and FUA rotations like this one, otherwise Xueyi does basically nothing.
Yeah I did say in the video that she’s the key to making this buff work with Jing Yuan. Fu Xuan doesn’t have enough ult frequency and drops the run by several thousand points. Aventurine is better used with the 1st buff though.

Aventurine is better used with the first buff instead of the second, since his FUA is a bounce type that triggers often.

I want a character for the other half of pure fiction. So should i try for Argenti or Jade? One side is easily done by Herta Himeko and ruan mei combo

Is Tingyun really need Eagle set for JY run?
JY doesn't need speed bcs of sparkle so 4pc messenger is useless, and more turns = more ults = more charges for pf buff
Eh not really, but it does make it easier by letting her get ults faster. What's more important is having DDD.
Curious how Xueyi, jade, sparkle, and fu xuan would do as a pure quantum team. Coming from a e1s1 jade haver

Aventurine and use the first buff. Otherwise, drop one of the Harmonies for another DPS like Herta or Jade, or go sustainless with triple Harmony.
