Nope, it's only in paper. People actually create pollution when they modify there motorcycles to create more sound. But if you modify it scientifically it'll not create pollution. You've to get NOC permit for your custom build motorcycle. Then your good to go.

Not internal clutch, it's throttle clutch,you havr to twist the left throttle to engage the transmission, and this is a custom version of the interceptor (not for open sale).
