This video came in handy since I am about to start a new run with the warlock. Glad to know there is still passionate people about this game. I was wondering, I put only 19 in charisma to put a little more into wisdom for roleplaying purposes. Is that ok or will I gimp myself a lot? Absolutely amazing video.
It might hurt you a bit however you want to get that Cha to an even number to get a bonus out of it. The wisdom score on the other hand will go towards your Will saves.
Amazing vid. I have very silly question, but is there possibility of melee warlock (pact of the blade or hexblade) or it was not a thing at the time of this game.
Thanks. I think at the time this is Dungeons and Dragons 3.5 rule set and I believe Pact of the blade or Hexblade is 5.0. I do believe Baldur's Gate 3 have hexblade builds in the game for warlocks. So I'm afraid it is not a thing still Warlock owns in DPS.

I've read that spell penetration was bugged and did not worked for Warlock. Any changes since than?
eldritch blast works with spell penetration so you do not have to worry about any bugs for that.
Sadly, warlocks are too weak on epic levels, when compared to the rest of the classes.
If you know what your doing Warlocks can handle the epics.
