Although two of the bedrooms aren't large they all have generous wardrobes, and overall this is a spacious house with a practical floor plan - good for a family. The gardens are landscaped and have plenty of space. The location seems to be a quiet one. I suspect that this house will sell promptly.
Why CZcams wanted to show this to me I can't be sure 🤔 I've never expressed desire in moving to Norfolk before ..

Although I find your video tours of the houses _fantastic!_ May I make a suggestion?
Please, don't _teleport_ from downstairs to upstairs, but show how you walk the stairs.
Also, if you are on the upper floor, and you want to show the garden, please don't teleport there either!
Although the videos become a little longer, they also become more interesting to see!
As somebody who is investigating moving from The Netherlands to England, it gives me (us) more of an experience that we are already living there!

Hi Light and Shadow. Its not that common at all but is something that occasionally happens. The price price they ask really does vary dependent on what content is for sale. Hope that helps, regards Gary
