I do not understand the language in this video, but the board is using firmware that is not compatible with the used media (ribbon has a chip inside to indicate type and usage). Just use the correct media (HS for High Speed) and there will be no problem. This typically occurs when the firmware is updated from firmware version 1.x (non-HS) to 2.x (HS!). Even HS media used in a non-HS machine will not work anymore after upgrade to HS. This is because the media is downgraded to work in a non-HS machine, but this will not be reversed if you use it in a HS machine.
