I think its more of a stun round, where it plays loud on purpose so the beings get completely overwhelmed by all the audio, giving the people enough time to prepare.

So, I was listening to this (had it hidden in another window). After the long silence, I decided pull the video back up and move the video to 12:22. Those sirens scared the s**t out of me.
Oh you finally noticed the sirens, yes they're creepy but they were in the first one too, how did you not get scared by that screech from one of the creatures near the end of the video

if sound is their only ranged sense and theyre super sensitive to it, id think the best choice is to switch on all the sirens away from population to distract and hurt them. if thats not the case then id guess youd have to be really over the top with time consuming misdirections measures in which case yall probably fucked.

If the United States Power Grid shut down, how are people receiving this alerts on their TVs? Also, the creatures can detect sound from miles away. Anyone who did get the alert immediately got screwed from the sounds caused by the alert. How does anyone survive? Did I misunderstand something?

How do you make your EAS scenarios?
Yo EAS scenario creator, I have a question. What were the sounds at 14:38, and what about those eerie sounds that followed?
First yelling sound was the creature, and the weird "AAUUGH" sound following it was the man "Falling asleep forever", the sound afterwards were the creature stabbing it. Then he chews on him. Then, a man fires at the creature, causing another yelling sound. One of the bullets hit the equipment, damaging it, and causing them to go off air.
