    New Orleans BBQ Sauce
    • 1 teaspoons salt
    • 1/8 teaspoons oregano
    • 1/4 teaspoons garlic powder
    • 3 1/4 teaspoons black pepper
    • 1/2 teaspoons dried rosemary
    • 1/8 teaspoon of onion powder
    • 1/16 teaspoon white pepper
    • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
    • 1/16 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    • 1/8 teaspoon dry thyme
    • 1 Tablespoon fresh minced garlic
    • 1 stick unsalted butter (1/4 pound)
    • 4 oz of good beer
    • 2 oz of Worcestershire sauce
Put all the ingredients into a pot or pan and simmer until thickened slightly. Will cover 1 to 2 pounds of shrimp, or as another option, skewer the shrimp and cook over hot charcoal. Baste with the sauce as the shrimp cook. Make extra sauce to dip the shrimp and French baguettes into. Enjoy!

Yay! NO BBQ Shrimp is one of my favorites! And oh yes, you can never have too much garlic! This recipe is wonderful! So many good things in there! We don't' have gulf here in Idaho, at least in my rural Idaho LOL! So this is happening with Argentine Reds this summer at our July 4th boat parade! Same size, but I'm sure gulf is better. Your channel is doing so great and I am so proud of you my friend!!!!

Wow Rus those were great looking shrimp. Up here we would call those bad boys prawns. And I'll check out those skewers. I like the two prongs to keep the meat from spinning. Now I have a tip for your sauce. Of course make the sauce before throwing the shrimp on the grill. Take all the shells from the shrimp and place in the skillet with just the butter. Saute for about 10 minutes in just the butter. Drain the shells and discard them. Now add those other ingredients and finish like you did. Those shells have a ton of flavor that will really boost your sauce up a couple of levels. Give it a try. Anyway, again great looking shrimp. I'll see if I can find some decent shrimp this weekend and give your sauce a try. Have a great day 🌤 😀
