I've noticed the same thing lately. I receive quite a few messages from women in my DMs that I haven't responded to yet. Sometimes, I respond with just emojis after a couple of days and then wait another couple of days before replying again-not because I'm ignoring them, but because I lead a busy life. See, older women do get desperate as they age, however, guys like younger women, so the trick is to get younger women desperate for you. There is an age old saying from the 90's or maybe even older, treat them mean to keep them keen. This theory works even now and will work for a very very long time.

Being 43 and spinning multiple plates I can tell you in my experience this is dead backwards. Younger women are more agreeable and happy, when they get older they get in a hurry to get married but they also bring more testing, games, and more bs to dating interactions, plus their anger about aging and running out of time. Younger women are just easier to deal with…and while they may grow out of a relationship (every woman reserves the right to change her about anything and they exercise that right), and you can’t get reactive or emotional over that, it’s unfortunate but that’s modern dating.

I am 55 and have dated women 18 to 45. The fun ones are 18-23. The worst one are childless and 25-30. At the latter age, they are desperate to find a perfect husband and father to their kids, with time quickly running out. So they are stressed out, direct, constantly trying to get you to commit, very focused on what you bring to the table financially, etc.. All in all, no fun and a royal pain in the ass.

It’s so horrific how desperate women get past 30, it really flips the entire script once the value inverse occurs. This is spot on. Also, pretty much everything changes as a woman grows older. Many will for instance crave the attention they got when they were younger. If you tell her she looks say 10 years younger than she is, she will fall for you. She will get addicted to that feeling of still being young. There are also many more phases than simply 18-23 and older. Typically at 18-23, they just want to have fun. Then they focus more and more on getting a husband and a family. At some point, they give up on that and again want a different kind of guy. At that point, they are at the very tail end of their sexual life and often revert back to just wanting sex, often from a much younger guy, to feel attractive. After that again, they get their menopause and basically become asexual. At that point, they will simply look for "company", often an equally asexual man.

A misconception here is that girls "play games" when they take long to respond to a message or flake on a guy. It is not that. It is simply that they get tons and tons of messages and date requests from guys. Many will say yes to multiple guys, and then they will sit with their female friends and at the last minute decide on one of the dating options. And wrt replying to messages, they will go through their messages when they are bored and mass reply to them. I am not making this up. I have seen it numerous times in person.

Getting more options is a cure for most women's problems, I was struggling to move on from flaky women until I was able to generate more leads. It's the concept of the power flip. When women are young they hold the cards. As they get older and realize time is finite they play less games. That's why I like dating women in their upper 30s into 40s. They are still attractive but don't act like they're better than you.

The problem is that this causes men with zero game to have easy access to older women who are not really sold on them thus causing the sky-high divorce rates. Usually this goes with one of the women in their circle starting it (or if not a divorce a single fried pushing the "you can do better" meme) and because she fears social anxiety she is then attempting to normalize this among her peers causing a wave of divorces. I got divorced myself in my mid to late 20s for a different reason (mental illness on her side, not a meme but with diagnosis, she lives supervised now) but through that I met some other dudes and they almost all fell into this unfortunate pattern.
