What for brother? The life is almost like an hell anywhere in Hyderabad. Getting from one place to the other is taking hours and hours. So much pollution that your brand new house will be charred with black smoke within few years. No trees in and around Hyderabad. Traffic is hell and public life is horrible. Travel to the Office, School and College is unimaginably painful. Life is entirely at a different level in the UK. Getting into the heart of London from anywhere 30-40 Km outside London will take less than an hour. Public transport is the best. People are cultured, unlike in Hyderabad.
Living in UK for 17 years. But never seen video like this. I subscribed now to your channel. Chala baaga maatladaru meeru. Most difficult place to buy houses is London because 70-90 people place offers for just one house (I'm not talking about flats). Extremely fierce competition I faced 7 years ago. However, the houses shown @1min look like Bungalows (Bungalow can be described as a small house or cottage that is either single-story or has a second story built into a sloping roof [usually with dormer windows] - Wikipedia). Detached houses are duplex houses as you kindly said without or with an integrated garage. The current interest rate is not much higher than what it used to be 10-15 years ago in the UK. When we purchased our first house (linked detached [two houses connected through garage]) in 2001 I remember taking a mortgage with a 6--6.5% interest rate. Even if pay all the mortgage, you still need to work to pay council tax, current and gas bills (which have more than doubled in one year), and buy food (increased by at least 50%). So, even owning a house (20-25 years after purchasing it) will bring another set of costs such as maintenance costs (PEETHA BADALU PEETHAVI).
