TITLE: Use generic key words that will be in most listings. CUSTOM LABEL: For your inventory location. STORE CATEGORY #1: Type of item. STORE CATEGORY #2: Year listed. REQUIRED ITEM SPECIFICS: Use the most common brands or use Unbranded. ADDITIONAL ITEM SPECIFICS: Use vague or generic / common choices. CONDITION DESCRIPTION: Create a vague “may show signs of use.. At this point, you can continue to draft items of a different type or take photos for the items you have just drafted. 47:32 James stores his inventory in a bin system. He will pull a bin that is nearing empty to refill with new listings. Before refilling, he does an inventory to ensure all items are still listed. To do this, go to your 3rd tab (active listings), change search to Custon Label (SKU) > contains > bin number (you should have entered when creating the listing). Compare actual items to those listed. Relist / donate / create lots / make decisions on items in the bin as appropriate. 50:00 When listing items, if you find an item listed in your store, increase the quantity available and add the new item location to the Custom Label (SKU) in addition to all previous locations. To do this, search ITEM TITLE > CONTAINS > ENTER YOUR TITLE HERE. The results should show your item. Edit Quantity > Submit. Save for later. 57:25 Listing items without specific prebuilt drafts (Odd Ball Items): Search your store for a basic title to see if you have one listed (copy title to use for an Ebay search if not found). Search all of eBay to check prices. Eliminate title key words as needed to find similar if not exact items. You can also search by UPC / Barcode here. Go to one of your drafts for a similar sized and shipping cost item. Fill out the specifics. Be sure to change Item Category, Store Category, Required and Additional information, etc. Copy and paste when possible. 1:03:21 TAKING PICTURES: Use your phone and the Ebay app to list items directly into the draft as opposed to uploading from your camera. SELLING > DRAFTS > SEE ALL > Search by Keyword if needed by using the FIND button. Take photos in the draft. No need to take all 24 photos as eBay allows. Click DONE, let the pictures upload, and then hit (upper left) CLOSE. You do NOT have to scroll down and click SAVE. Repeat this process in all drafts. JAMES PRO TIPS: Use tape vs a lint roller as it is cheaper and faster. Prepare your next item as photos are uploading on the current item. Take a photo of interior tags as proof that the item is legitimate and avoid VERO’s. James does blocks of 25 items at a time vs. 5 as shown in the video. 1:12:15 HOLDING INVENTORY As pictures are taken, segregate those items. At this point you should have the bin your item will go in on hand. Go back into your list of drafts, click the box by all items going into a single bin (if you are using the bin system) then click RESUME DRAFTS > CLICK ALL > BULK EDIT > scroll down to CUSTOM LABEL (SKU) > CHANGE TO fill in your bin number > APPLY. Read the gray box at the bottom to ensure all of the listings were updated, then hit SUBMIT. Put the items in the appropriate bin. 1:17:48 STORING ITEMS FOR SPACE EFFICIENCY: Do not store listed and unlisted items in the same area. There are different systems for cost vs. space efficiency. James has converted to a space efficiency system. He measured and built custom shelving. After Watching and applying what I could from your video Today with a Doctors Appt. a Costco Run and a Live Video I put up 52 eBay Listings and this is just the beginning. Normally I would struggle to get up 20 Listings in one day and on a day like today I would normally only put up about 10 listings following your instructions I multiplied my listing ability by 5 times wow thank you this video is life changing.

My husband and I have been full-time resellers on ebay for 8 years, and with the techniques we learned from you in this video, we are able to cut our work time in half this week! I have a small tip that will save you loads of time. You waste a lot of time checking for duplicate listings on each one…(a lot of time when you add 200 listings per day, not each one). There is a website/ tool that you can put your store name in and it will check your whole store for duplicate listings all at once, so just do your listings for the day, and then when you’re done just scan your store and it will show you if you have any possible duplicates. Space efficient idea: all my shelf units are on wheels - that way you can "sandwich" them 3-4 rows deep without needing any walking space between shelves...just roll em over 3-4 feet until you get to the shelf you need. Got the idea from library archives - they have archive books on shelves that roll on tracks to pack them in super compact.
This a great comprehensive video, thank you for being so through with your process. I have two tips to make your process maybe a little quicker (every click counts). There’s a chrome extension that copies what you highlight so you don’t have to right click and scroll to copy strings of words. If you have a scroll wheel on your mouse, clicking (push it down) it on a link will open it in a new tab. Both take some getting used to but now I rarely have to right click to copy or open in a new tab.
I am a single dad , I cook, clean , laundry, full time worker , part time eBay reseller, travel every other weekend to PA (I live in NY ) 230 miles there and 230 back and I’m still going strong….barely lol but thanks for the motivation…. By the way I don’t have any help at all… having a wife or a girlfriend is definitely to your benefit
I was already doing quite a few of these things, but I like the way you process the inventory. I'm definitely going to adopt much of it to what I do. I think most Ebay Sellers get bogged down in Item Specifics, and I see you do not. I recently went to very vague descriptions-- because I've found that few Buyers look at Descriptions. Gooo Video! I just saw your community post. I am so happy for this video. I’ve looked through your channel to see if you had anything like this before. I know I am going to learn so much from you. I watch A LOT of resellers but you are by far my favorite. I feel like so many of them find and sell things with such high value and that’s not something everyone can do. I am reselling thrift store and consignment store items. My average cost of goods is typically 99¢ for each piece of clothing and different numbers for vintage and antique items I find at specialty shops, estate sales and yard sales. I’m not out here typically making $100 profit on things. I do definitely sell some high ticket items but it’s not the norm. Your way of reselling is 100% the same as mine. I don’t mind selling things for a few dollars. It all adds up and I am able to provide things that some people have been searching for so it’s a win win in my book. I’m excited for this video as listing is not my strong point. It takes me too long and I’m hoping I learn something from this video. Thank you for all you do ❤

Love your processes. I am a newbie and can definitely benefit from implementing them. One idea I came up with, is to put a small white board in the storage area to list half empty bins whenever I come across them when pulling orders. That way I don't have to look for them when I get ready to list. Thanks for the helpful video!

Hi James! You did great! in this video, you explained every step you were doing in a simple to understand but thorough manner. Just like a teacher would!! Good job! My problem is with listing! And storing. I have learnt a few things from this video. I was taking my pictures with my phone, waiting for them to upload to the cloud. Then I would go to my laptop, save them from the cloud to a folder on my computer, then go back into my drafts and add pictures, which took forever!! with Ebay, as the pictures kept dropping so I'd have to start over again! I'm going to try to do it your way taking pics with my phone thru the app. Also the storage info is very informative. I have two rooms upstairs and my whole basement downstairs that looks like a hoarders place! lol great info for storage solutions. I need to get some totes or boxes and get organized! As for another video...................maybe one on shipping once an item sells. Thank you for the great video, much appreciated!
@@TheGreatResellerLife that’s not what a meant, what I was trying to get to was you might be the original Jedi or reselling Chris just used that to make enough money for himself his child, wife and employees, I see what he is doing as a positive he does explain a lot of the inner workings of not just eBay but ecommerce in general for that iam grateful for your contribution to this world we are all grateful, so if he is changing lives bringing people out of poverty into the light then that positivity does come back to you, there is no government saying hey we would prefer if you worked for self instead of helping the machine make machine men and women, my eBay was all wrong I was doing it the hardest and slowest way, sure iam not at thousands of listings yet, but by Christmas I would like to be sitting at 1000 listings and adding 50 a day, that’s my plan always to quit my full time job next year switch to part time and go full time eBay

This is a great video. First thing I learned and fixed was shipping methods. I did not know that I could have international shipping on some categories and not others. I got veroed on cosmetics and thought I would have to get rid of them all. But I set up a shipping policy that I call makeup and I only changed the location the I sell to. Secondly, I am glad that someone (YOU) finally showed up what a template is. I knew about description templates but time saver on listing template. I will set those up as I go to list various items. You have saved me lots of time and money just on those two tips.
I don’t have a “Shipping Policy” drop down box. Instead, it’s a “Shipping Method” with three standard choices. How do I get my screen to look like this screen? How did you "fix" your page? I'm missing a step, here.

I just sorted a bunch of Jewelry, my brain is already making Templates for Necklaces, Bracelets, Earrings, Brooches,Pins etc..Also many other categories. Just subbed. I am going to try this method. Listing faster is for sure my hold up right now. I resold Ebay years ago as a Hobby. Now I am 1 1/2 years into doing Ebay, Amazon and others. I started the Ebay again because of Amazon the returns. It did not take me long to realize any platform could shut you down. Amazons rules drive me up the wall at times. When I started I used drafts for listing. Then over 2 years ago the drafts started duplicating and sometimes making 20+ of the same draft. The duplicates caused double listings and out of stock so I stopped using them for most items. Next all my new listings that I did not make drafts for were listed and drafted. Called Ebay so many times and never was fixed. So now I am lucky to get 10 items a day listed. I Really like your system. If only I could get Ebay to fix my drafts.
Thank you for this! It has made me rethink my processes which currently are take a whole heap of photos and then list from those. I never seem to get a proper flow going. I had never thought about creating a draft first and then taking the photos and that seems like a far more efficient method so I am excited to try it!

I've been doing things almost the same way as you. The biggest thing I took away was organizing intaked items by draft categories. I've been doing that for a while but at a small scale. Now I'm going to be doing it as soon as I get my items in the system all at one time so its organized and in Cue to be pictured. It is worth the work up front. My mountain of items I prepared looks neat and organized. Thank you for sharing this video.

Wow! I'm not big on youtube watching, but sales have been so slow that I started looking for successful sellers to see what I could learn. I've been selling since 1994 and still list ONE AT A TIME. I do sell mainly one-offs, but I am sure I can still utilize this listing strategy. 19 years of selling and I am still hovering around 20 new listings a day. Excellent video got so many tips and I am going to try your system. Really liked the tip about entering your bin number in the sku area all at once. What a time saver. I heard and saw numerous ideas I will be implementing. I've already changed a room to have all my unlisted in the same room as my photo shoot table, laptop, postage scale, and measuring devices. I've been doing eBay on a regular part-time basis for over a year. This video has helped me see what I'm doing right and what needs tweaking or a total change.
When my daughter was born about 18 months ago I had stopped reselling. I was all alone with a crying screaming baby for months at a time. I told myself this is it, I’m never going to resell again. I think the hardest thing for me to learn was really how to change that mind set. You know not making excuses for myself and just taking the necessary steps that I needed to take everyday so I could get back to reselling. That meant everything from brushing my hair and taking care of myself to completely changing how I do things so that I could be as efficient as possible with the limited time that I had. This video is particularly useful for me because I started reselling on Poshmark, then I moved on to Mercari, and then Depop. I think those are just the platforms that appealed more to my generation and they were extremely easy to learn on. Lately it’s all been about how do I integrate eBay into my day. It’s the largest online marketplace, how do I capitalize on this and make selling on eBay just as successful for me if not more so than selling on these other platforms. eBay is in so many ways sort of like the wild west for me. The just wide variety of things that you can sell is just insane and I have always made excuses for why I wasn’t selling on eBay. Making this transition is really helping me reexamine and tighten up other areas of my reselling business and this is exactly the sort of content that I need. Real, practical, and honestly free advice and experience from someone who has been reselling for 21+ years and has worked the kinks out already.

I have a death pile of low cost CDs I’m working on getting myself to list or make lots of. I should really make a template…I started off selling my personal manga collection and now am trying to make a living off clothing. Your channel is the most real and down to earth than the others imo espically because youve been open about going into debt and I’m currently in 10k worth (not from buying just being a dumb young adult with credit) I’m struggling to get out of. Anyways, Question: what bar code scanner do you use? Are they basically all the same? I’ve seen another CZcamsr suggest sending low cost CDs into “sell back your books” but seems like the time it would take me to type in isbns would take way too long.

Great stuff James, love your set-up! I'm hoping to get ours sorted this year to be much more efficient. Our store only has about 2000 listings but it's still a part time thing for us. On another note, I searched your listings and sorted lowest to highest. I saw my first name come up almost right away. Sad moment when you realize Garth Brooks just isn't cornering the marketplace any more! I suppose a "Party on Garth!" would cheer me up some.
I am using some efficiency hacks already for my listing process and my vintage booth stockage but still picked up some additional ideas. For example I have been using the multiple open Ebay tabs for ages but will tweak them a little after watching your video. I don't have a lot of multiples of the same kind like you do but it could be anything from a brooch to a 13 pound vintage crockpot so I want to predetermine size and weight especially for heavy and oversized items before I chose my shipping policies, and those measurements go into the listings. Therefore I have the Ebay shipping calculator open as a permanent tab to figure out calculated shipping. Helps me to avoid costly mistakes by underestimating shipment costs and the buyer sees correct numbers. For first class items I use my own custom flat rates like you. I have yet to try templates but I use the free version of the Textblaze Chrome extension for repetitive text. Example: "Please see pics for details, measurements and condition" is /pics And I save pics to my camera, then upload because I crosslist to Etsy and Mercari. Items get stored by category and mostly in bankers boxes. Disclaimer: I have a tiny store compared to yours and source a lot from trash, therefore free, like said vintage crockpot that sold for over $300 or the almost 1000 comics that I sell for $3 a piece in my vintage booth. Efficiency hacks still save me time. Love your channel.

Hit the SAVE FOR LATER button.
34:14 Watch for examples of creating drafts by two different methods. 1. Create a Copy for the number of items you are listing. Be sure to check the box for COPY CATALOG PRODUCT INFORMATION. Click OK and that number of drafts should be created. 2. Open a link in a new tab by going to LISTING TEMPLATES > EDIT > CREATE LISTING > OPEN LINK IN NEW TAB. This will bring you to a single basic draft you have set up for that item. Complete all like drafts (each category of items) before moving on to the next. Create basic drafts for uncommon items based on shipping policy / size also.
40:08 Research your store for a duplicate item listing. Ebay does not allow multiple listings. If you find a listing, increase the quantity available and add the new item location to the Custom Label (SKU) in addition to all previous locations. Future James will cover this step at 50:00 (see below). If none found, use your first tab to search for the item across all of eBay. If none found there, go to your draft bank and fill in missing / important information. Save for later. Complete this process for all like items in this round of listing. No photos yet. When completed, move drafted items to a designated location near your photo station. At this point, you can continue to draft items of a different type or take photos for the items you have just drafted.
47:32 James stores his inventory in a bin system. He will pull a bin that is nearing empty to refill with new listings. Before refilling, he does an inventory to ensure all items are still listed. To do this, go to your 3rd tab (active listings), change search to Custon Label (SKU) > contains > bin number (you should have entered when creating the listing). Compare actual items to those listed. Relist / donate / create lots / make decisions on items in the bin as appropriate.
50:00 When listing items, if you find an item listed in your store, increase the quantity available and add the new item location to the Custom Label (SKU) in addition to all previous locations. To do this, search ITEM TITLE > CONTAINS > ENTER YOUR TITLE HERE. The results should show your item. Edit Quantity > Submit. Also, edit Custom Label to ADD, NOT REPLACE an item location.
53:21 For efficiency's sake 😀 we can search for a specific UPC / BARCODE from within your draft. If found (double check for accuracy) you can hit the USE PRODUCT button to pre-populate fields based on previous listings. If the Item Title field is blank it will automatically populate. If not, correct accordingly. Be sure to check price / review item specifics. Save for later.
57:25 Listing items without specific prebuilt drafts (Odd Ball Items): Search your store for a basic title to see if you have one listed (copy title to use for an Ebay search if not found). Search all of eBay to check prices. Eliminate title key words as needed to find similar if not exact items. You can also search by UPC / Barcode here. Go to one of your drafts for a similar sized and shipping cost item. Fill out the specifics. Be sure to change Item Category, Store Category, Required and Additional information, etc. Copy and paste when possible.
1:03:21 TAKING PICTURES: Use your phone and the Ebay app to list items directly into the draft as opposed to uploading from your camera. SELLING > DRAFTS > SEE ALL > Search by Keyword if needed by using the FIND button. Take photos in the draft. No need to take all 24 photos as eBay allows. Click DONE, let the pictures upload, and then hit (upper left) CLOSE. You do NOT have to scroll down and click SAVE. Repeat this process in all drafts.
JAMES PRO TIPS: Use tape vs a lint roller as it is cheaper and faster. Prepare your next item as photos are uploading on the current item. Take a photo of interior tags as proof that the item is legitimate and avoid VERO’s. James does blocks of 25 items at a time vs. 5 as shown in the video.
1:12:15 HOLDING INVENTORY As pictures are taken, segregate those items. At this point you should have the bin your item will go in on hand. Go back into your list of drafts, click the box by all items going into a single bin (if you are using the bin system) then click RESUME DRAFTS > CLICK ALL > BULK EDIT > scroll down to CUSTOM LABEL (SKU) > CHANGE TO fill in your bin number > APPLY. Read the gray box at the bottom to ensure all of the listings were updated, then hit SUBMIT. Put the items in the appropriate bin.
1:17:48 STORING ITEMS FOR SPACE EFFICIENCY: Do not store listed and unlisted items in the same area. There are different systems for cost vs. space efficiency. James has converted to a space efficiency system. He measured and built custom shelving. 1:20:24 STORING ITEMS FOR COST EFFICIENCY: James started by finding inexpensive random sized bins placed on shelves. This process leaves gaps. He also created pseudo shelving by using bars placed between racks and placing bins on the bars. See video for specifics on materials to use and not to use.

I have a small tip that will save you loads of time. You waste a lot of time checking for duplicate listings on each one…(a lot of time when you add 200 listings per day, not each one). There is a website/ tool that you can put your store name in and it will check your whole store for duplicate listings all at once, so just do your listings for the day, and then when you’re done just scan your store and it will show you if you have any possible duplicates.

Space efficient idea: all my shelf units are on wheels - that way you can "sandwich" them 3-4 rows deep without needing any walking space between shelves...just roll em over 3-4 feet until you get to the shelf you need. Got the idea from library archives - they have archive books on shelves that roll on tracks to pack them in super compact.
I will try that out if I ever get more space!
This a great comprehensive video, thank you for being so through with your process. I have two tips to make your process maybe a little quicker (every click counts). There’s a chrome extension that copies what you highlight so you don’t have to right click and scroll to copy strings of words. If you have a scroll wheel on your mouse, clicking (push it down) it on a link will open it in a new tab. Both take some getting used to but now I rarely have to right click to copy or open in a new tab.
I am a single dad , I cook, clean , laundry, full time worker , part time eBay reseller, travel every other weekend to PA (I live in NY ) 230 miles there and 230 back and I’m still going strong….barely lol but thanks for the motivation…. By the way I don’t have any help at all… having a wife or a girlfriend is definitely to your benefit
I was already doing quite a few of these things, but I like the way you process the inventory. I'm definitely going to adopt much of it to what I do. I think most Ebay Sellers get bogged down in Item Specifics, and I see you do not.

I just saw your community post. I am so happy for this video. I’ve looked through your channel to see if you had anything like this before. I know I am going to learn so much from you. I watch A LOT of resellers but you are by far my favorite. I feel like so many of them find and sell things with such high value and that’s not something everyone can do. I am reselling thrift store and consignment store items. My average cost of goods is typically 99¢ for each piece of clothing and different numbers for vintage and antique items I find at specialty shops, estate sales and yard sales.
I’m not out here typically making $100 profit on things. I do definitely sell some high ticket items but it’s not the norm.
Your way of reselling is 100% the same as mine. I don’t mind selling things for a few dollars. It all adds up and I am able to provide things that some people have been searching for so it’s a win win in my book.

Love your processes. I am a newbie and can definitely benefit from implementing them. One idea I came up with, is to put a small white board in the storage area to list half empty bins whenever I come across them when pulling orders. That way I don't have to look for them when I get ready to list. Thanks for the helpful video!

Hi James! You did great! in this video, you explained every step you were doing in a simple to understand but thorough manner. Just like a teacher would!! Good job! My problem is with listing! And storing. I have learnt a few things from this video. I was taking my pictures with my phone, waiting for them to upload to the cloud. Then I would go to my laptop, save them from the cloud to a folder on my computer, then go back into my drafts and add pictures, which took forever!! with Ebay, as the pictures kept dropping so I'd have to start over again! I'm going to try to do it your way taking pics with my phone thru the app. Also the storage info is very informative. I have two rooms upstairs and my whole basement downstairs that looks like a hoarders place! lol great info for storage solutions. I need to get some totes or boxes and get organized! As for another video...................maybe one on shipping once an item sells. Thank you for the great video, much appreciated!

This is a great video. First thing I learned and fixed was shipping methods. I did not know that I could have international shipping on some categories and not others. I got veroed on cosmetics and thought I would have to get rid of them all. But I set up a shipping policy that I call makeup and I only changed the location the I sell to. Secondly, I am glad that someone (YOU) finally showed up what a template is. I knew about description templates but time saver on listing template. I will set those up as I go to list various items.
You have saved me lots of time and money just on those two tips.
I don’t have a “Shipping Policy” drop down box. Instead, it’s a “Shipping Method” with three standard choices. How do I get my screen to look like this screen? How did you "fix" your page? I'm missing a step, here.

When I started I used drafts for listing. Then over 2 years ago the drafts started duplicating and sometimes making 20+ of the same draft. The duplicates caused double listings and out of stock so I stopped using them for most items. Next all my new listings that I did not make drafts for were listed and drafted. Called Ebay so many times and never was fixed. So now I am lucky to get 10 items a day listed. I Really like your system. If only I could get Ebay to fix my drafts.

I've been doing things almost the same way as you. The biggest thing I took away was organizing intaked items by draft categories. I've been doing that for a while but at a small scale. Now I'm going to be doing it as soon as I get my items in the system all at one time so its organized and in Cue to be pictured. It is worth the work up front. I heard and saw numerous ideas I will be implementing. I've already changed a room to have all my unlisted in the same room as my photo shoot table, laptop, postage scale, and measuring devices.

When my daughter was born about 18 months ago I had stopped reselling. I was all alone with a crying screaming baby for months at a time. I told myself this is it, I’m never going to resell again. I think the hardest thing for me to learn was really how to change that mind set. You know not making excuses for myself and just taking the necessary steps that I needed to take everyday so I could get back to reselling. That meant everything from brushing my hair and taking care of myself to completely changing how I do things so that I could be as efficient as possible with the limited time that I had. This video is particularly useful for me because I started reselling on Poshmark, then I moved on to Mercari, and then Depop. I think those are just the platforms that appealed more to my generation and they were extremely easy to learn on. Lately it’s all been about how do I integrate eBay into my day. It’s the largest online marketplace, how do I capitalize on this and make selling on eBay just as successful for me if not more so than selling on these other platforms. eBay is in so many ways sort of like the wild west for me. The just wide variety of things that you can sell is just insane and I have always made excuses for why I wasn’t selling on eBay. Making this transition is really helping me reexamine and tighten up other areas of my reselling business and this is exactly the sort of content that I need. Real, practical, and honestly free advice and experience from someone who has been reselling for 21+ years and has worked the kinks out already.

I have a death pile of low cost CDs I’m working on getting myself to list or make lots of. I should really make a template…I started off selling my personal manga collection and now am trying to make a living off clothing. Your channel is the most real and down to earth than the others imo espically because youve been open about going into debt and I’m currently in 10k worth (not from buying just being a dumb young adult with credit) I’m struggling to get out of. Anyways, Question: what bar code scanner do you use? Are they basically all the same? I’ve seen another CZcamsr suggest sending low cost CDs into “sell back your books” but seems like the time it would take me to type in isbns would take way too long.

Great stuff James, love your set-up! I'm hoping to get ours sorted this year to be much more efficient. Our store only has about 2000 listings but it's still a part time thing for us. On another note, I searched your listings and sorted lowest to highest. I saw my first name come up almost right away. Sad moment when you realize Garth Brooks just isn't cornering the marketplace any more! I suppose a "Party on Garth!" would cheer me up some.
I am using some efficiency hacks already for my listing process and my vintage booth stockage but still picked up some additional ideas. For example I have been using the multiple open Ebay tabs for ages but will tweak them a little after watching your video. I don't have a lot of multiples of the same kind like you do but it could be anything from a brooch to a 13 pound vintage crockpot so I want to predetermine size and weight especially for heavy and oversized items before I chose my shipping policies, and those measurements go into the listings. Therefore I have the Ebay shipping calculator open as a permanent tab to figure out calculated shipping. Helps me to avoid costly mistakes by underestimating shipment costs and the buyer sees correct numbers. For first class items I use my own custom flat rates like you.
I have yet to try templates but I use the free version of the Textblaze Chrome extension for repetitive text. Example: "Please see pics for details, measurements and condition" is /pics
And I save pics to my camera, then upload because I crosslist to Etsy and Mercari. Items get stored by category and mostly in bankers boxes.
Disclaimer: I have a tiny store compared to yours and source a lot from trash, therefore free, like said vintage crockpot that sold for over $300 or the almost 1000 comics that I sell for $3 a piece in my vintage booth. Efficiency hacks still save me time.

You’re my new favorite! I’m on Postmark & Mercari & Depop. Quitting Depop. I’m doing everything on my phone. Getting computer & internet soon. I’m trying to figure out how to get as close as possible to your system. I have everything on rollers. My pic. Board rolls out in hallway to tetrieve inventory😊 as it sells. Have extra storage in totes on rollers so no floor space is lost.
