Let me just say is that Kong and Godzilla fought and Godzilla wasted all of his atomic breath on Kong, and Godzilla was so exhausted of fighting Kong then Mechagodzilla came and I'm pretty sure Godzilla got burned in the neck cuz like he wasted his energy on Kong meaning if Kong wasn't there Godzilla would have a chance to win against Mechagodzilla.

That’s because that is Godzilla controlling him see when Godzilla (2000) roared at kiryu had flashbacks to old life as Godzilla and then when Godzilla left. Kiryu went into this berserk state which he not get out of unless his power runs out bc as we all know the absolute zero cannon can take about 70 percent of kiryu which means the cannon drains the power for kiryu thats the only way to defeat kiryu.

@@eotwkdp I already know that it’s just that the video made Kiryu look like he was enjoying the destruction and Kiryu had his chance to kill Godzilla in his movie but he didn’t so he decided to take himself and Godzilla into the water, also Kiryu isn’t your ordinary Mecha Godzilla but a Mecha Godzilla built around the skeleton of the origin Godzilla and can possess the Mecha Godzilla and choose not not to kill/fight Godzilla.
