Hello Barb! I've just come across your beautiful baby album! Oh my gosh you are so talented! I've now subscribed! Luckily I've just managed to get hold of some of these gorgeous papers here in the UK, as everywhere seems to have sold out! You have given me so much inspiration, I am going to attempt making my own album for a friend who is adopting a baby girl! Wish me luck! I just wondered what gap you have on the spine between each page? Hope you can help! Thank you, Nicola x
Such a beautiful album.....I have a question please.....I am in the middle of a project with this collection that requires a mini book cover measuring 8 inches tall by 7.5 wide.....would it be easy to make this adjustment with your tutorial do ya think? Thanks gina
Hi Gina, For you to use a cover those dimensions your pages would need to be 7 3/4" tall x 7 1/4" wide. That would mean almost every measurement in my tutorial would need to be changed. Thank you for watching. Barb
I figured that would be the issue, but I would still be able to see the way the pages were constructed and how to put them together, correct? Thanks for your reply
Absolutely. In thinking about this, I realize that if you just adjust the page bases and leave the the size of the large pocket as is, it should be easier. Once you read the tutorial I would be happy to answer any questions and make some suggestions. Barb
Thanks Barb....just downloaded the tutorial and am going to read through it and see what I can do.....by the way if you are on Facebook check out Prima Marketing....they just showed a new collection being released in August....Heaven Sent Part Two.......I am in LOVE!!!!!
I really enjoy your albums! I can't decide which album to buy a tutorial on, I think some more views of your albums are in order! Would you share what type of paper you use to create your base pages? Do you use a cardstock? What brand do you like the best? My pages always end up so thick, and the book barely has room for photos when it's matted.
I really like the Paper Studio 8 1/2 x 11 cardstock from Hobby Lobby. I think it has a nice smooth finish and for some reason the 8 1/2 x 11 seems sturdier than the 12 x 12 of the same kind. Thank you so much for your interest in my albums. Barb
Hi, Barb! New subscriber here. I realize its been a while since this video, but I was wondering if you know which decorative dies/punches you used for the large photo mats? For example, on month 12 the white border on the left, top right, and 2nd photo mat you pulled out of the right side pocket. You used different ones throughout this book, would you by any chance remember any of them? Thanks in advance!! Beautiful albums!
Thank you so much for watching and subscribing. All of the punches used in this book were Martha Stewart, the smaller one used on month 12 in the side pocket was called Doily Lace. The other larger photo mats were Deep Edge Floral Vine, Deep Edge Garden Gate and Deep Edge Embroidery. I bought mine at Joann and Michaels but Amazon has some of these also. Thank you for your interest in my work and the lovely compliment, hope this answered your question. Barb English

Canal for inspiration !!!!
I keep trying to use the link you provided, but it doesn't take me to your etsy page.
I just added a different link to the album so if you refresh the page and try again it should work. Thank you for your interest.
