I was rank 205 3 days ago, then someone from work reformatted my phone 'As a joke' and I now lost my account cause I did it throu facebook like 5 years ago and that link is gone.

Like that guy said, contact support with as many details as you can. But also, why wouldn't you back up through a transfer code or gmail link? Facebook link has been gone for ages, you've had like 2 years to back up through a different method. Be sure to do it if you get your account back or reroll during klk.

Tbh. Fitoria being in a higher tier than Cestina is Pretty much explainable from how much more she brings on the table, like 30% damage res (+20% water res) and art gen plus heals from her skill. Because of that she’s not that much tw reliant to sustain unlike cest. U can practically just use true sans pluie or the normal version of that for her item since she’ll still benefit alot from it. So yeah she being higher tier than cestina is just right and Also cause I’m a fan of using the filolial queen myself btw hahaha
