- Operational video of McCloskey C50 track mounted jaw crusher (now referred to as a J50), McCloskey C44 track mounted cone crusher, McCloskey S190 track mounted triple deck screening plant and two McCloskey 36"x90' stacking conveyors.
Feed stock is pit run with granite stone. C50 Jaw is set 3" close side setting, feeding the S190. The S190 side conveyor is feeding 1" plus material to the C44 Cone. The C44 is set to 1" close side setting and feeding 1" minus to the S190. The S190 fines conveyor is feeding 1" minus to the two stacking conveyors. Average production rate of 1" minus material is 500 TPH, verified by beltscale on transfer stacker. - Věda a technologie
Yaay this is my husband's Crushing spread. The only totally McCloskey Crushing spread to date in Canada. He recognized the red water truck and himself in the red T shirt lol. He's pretty proud of what he does and I am proud of him. I often go to see what he does. It's kool. Good work guys!!

Love it! Didn’t realize you can straight up fill that hopper. Boss says that slows down productivity but looks pretty damn effiecient honestly
Al normally has 3 guys working for him all the time but this day the man who makes these Crushers ( Pascal from Ireland ) and his crew were all there to tape this and see that it runs like it should. He has a great crew who work very hard til late evening and then some lol.....good job guys!!
Thanks for the positive comments folks! Much appreciated and always great to hear. Thank's to the success of this spread we now have 5 full spreads operational in Canada. Your's remains the only one in Ontario so far however. Hopefully we'll change that soon!

Definitely liking the automatic feed control option. I head up a crew using a Cedarapids 30/42 jaw with MVP380 cone plant- but it's always cool to watcher smaller operations. Very very cool automatic feeder setup. Hope you guys are busy!

nice set up, i thought the C in for of C-44 stood for cone, but the jaw has a C. i have almost the same set up. i have a J-50, a C-44 and an R-155 scalper with a 50 ft conveyor for a closed circuit. all Mcloskey
Ok so the only one in Ontario forgive me lol......just the same, keep up the GREAT work guy's and Al.....I'll never ask how you manage to get so dam dirty all the time lol, I've been on site many time's with you and I know lol. My hat goes off to all the men who do this kind of work, it's not easy. Cheers!!

Why so much sand through the jaw ?
Can you give me an estimate of production with 24"- being put into the jaw and 2". 1", 1/2 and 1/2'- needed as end products

@@codWAWandMW2 I worked for a compost facility, I was the trommel operator, we only had one, and I still got backed up! lol
At 2:24 I see the gyro seems to get backed up. How do you come out of that? Does the machine sense that and automatically slow operation temporarily to prevent spillovers or you have plant operators keeping an eye out?
Do you find any problem with the way your pile comes out? What I mean by that is do you have problems with stockpile segregation?

What is the arm hanging on the cone?
Hello Brian - that is an ultrasonic level sensor to control the feeder speed, allowing it to adjust or shut off if the level gets too high.
