- Learn how to make Chocolate Cake in a pressure cooker and oven with a step by step easy recipe video. Perfect for chocolate lovers, this cake is rich, moist and creamy. It includes layered chocolate, chocolate frosting, and chocolate ganache as the topping.
* Ingredients:
(245 g)1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
(75 g) 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
(400 grams) 2 cups granulated white sugar
(120 ml)1/2 cup vegetable oil
(240 ml)1 cup warm water
(240 ml) 1 cup warm milk
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla essence or extract
* Chocolate Frosting:
(225 grams) 8 ounces semi sweet chocolate,chopped
(300 grams)2 1/2 cups powdered or icing sugar, sifted
(226 grams)1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
2 teaspoons vanilla essence or extract
* Chocolate Ganache
(100 gram)3.5 oz semisweet chocolate
(120 gram)1/2 cup whipping cream
