I think 'Cold Moon' is such a pretty name for a palette, and the palette is so pretty. Although olive cool tones are not my friend, but I like to look at the color story.
Hey, I hope you're having fun on your break. Girl scout cookies are fun, but they overcharge for the amount of cookies you get (former Girl scout here). Also, you can get a dupe of the coconut caramel ones at aldi. That said, I usually pick up some cookies to support the girls because scouts was super fun for me. We went camping, learned about pocket knives and played with makeup too. Thin mint, Peanut butter patties, and caramel delights are my top 3.

agreed. i loved many of the activities i did in my few years in girl scouts as a girl from the UK whose family immigrated us to the US as a child - camping, cooking, all kinds of skill learning crafts, volunteering. and now i have younger generations of family in the girl scouts so we still buy cookies from them every year to support. and yes some of the cookies are truly good, always was a thin mint lover & my husband loves the coconut caramel (samoa?). now with health stuff i've had to change, but the gluten free toffee cookies are amazing, which is such a joy as someone who can't have gluten anymore & getting good 'bread/flour' foods that are actually delicious gluten free is a struggle.

This is what I’m saying! Maybe it was a boxed one like Kraft with the powder. Because I can understand that! But REAL Mac and cheese.. and especially in the southern style (I’m not from the south, but I know!!!)..it’s awesome.

I’m 76 and sold Girl Scout cookies when I was 10 and, yes, Thin Mints were a best seller then and it still is. Dark chocolate cookie with a dark chocolate mint coating. People have been known to buy enough chocolate mint cookies to last through to next year sale campaign. All the cookies are good, but the chocolate mint are iconic.
The Strawberry Moon palette is my top palette for 2023. It’s gorgeous.
Angie, you live in the Southern US. You have to try soul food, home style, restaurant quality mac-n-cheese, not just the boxed Kraft stuff. Unless you already have, then disregard lol

This is the most beautiful eye makeup that I’ve ever seen, you did the damn thing with this look. Now I must have some darker pastels! The Ensley Reign Flower moon is very pretty too, I would have all of their palettes if they weren’t so slow to ship. They are the only beauty brand where you can place your order and still won’t see your palette for two months, with ignored emails. They need to hire a team.

Thin Mints are amazing… especially if you put them in the freezer. Definitely should give them a try.
I have the Inglot eye and cheek palette. It's very nice for quick day or date night make-up. The light matte is brow bone color for my fair skin but blends nicely into the chocolatey neutral brown. The darker shimmer is nice beige/light brown with coral tinge and the lighter one is more shimmery, their pigment formula. The blush is neutral pink leaning toward colder pink but with gold shine (no visible particle). I did use it for eye makeup as well.
You can't build up the color to dark evening make-up but the shimmer is special enough for daytime events, date night or even neutral wedding makeup when you want to pack light. I'd definitely use it for theatre, opera and such. I'll be taking it with me to visit family for Christmas.

I just got my ensley reign strawberry moon so I've only done one look but I enjoyed playing in it. I did a purpley pink look but there was a pinky peach shade I NEEDED to play with. 2 of the shadows came broken but they stayed pretty much contained so I could just press them back in without issue. 🍓🌙
Strawberry moon is pinks and purples, of course you need it! Plus it’s bold colors and you do bold!

Thin Mints are great, especially frozen. They can be eaten directly from the freezer. I wouldn't want to wash in that scent though, lol.
😂 we moved diagonally across the street several years ago and it was the best move and cheapest. My husband and I literally rolled our girls trampoline all together w/o safety nets lol after 10 at night. It was quite silly but it worked.

Girl Scout cookies are fine. Thin Mints and Caramel Delights are probably the best ones. I dont think theyre gonna rock your world though.
I completely agree about the Pop-Tarts. Even as a kid I was not a fan. However, Toaster Strudels are a whole other matter. The filling is still too sweet (been years since I've had them so I would probably cringe as an adult), but you put the little icing packet on the edge of the toaster while the pastry heats up so it's warm. Amazing. 😂

Yes, Girl Scout cookies are pretty good. They obviously don’t top European chocolate/baked goods, but they are delicious. Plus it’s a great cause and good experience for little entrepreneurs in the making ❤

As a former Girl Scout, I will never discourage anyone from supporting them through cookie sales that fund activities and community projects. I don't think your mind will be as blown as when I tried Stove Top Stuffing for the first time last year but the Thin Mints and Do-si-dos are solid cookies imo.

Girl Scout Cookies are a must while you are in the U.S. I love all three on the native packaging. I hate pop tarts, try the Cabot brand Mac n cheese but homemade is best.
