I also like how this government sent aid for Afghani people who are under Taliban rule. That was a good move to not ignore the goodwill we have earned in the hearts of Afghani people but to strengthen it by providing support in their difficult times.
To be honest the Taliban isn't anti India, and is very clearly waiting for India to step up in helping lead the region. The Modi government is understandably wary about engaging with the Taliban, but at this stage I think it's obvious that there is huge amount of backdoor diplomacy going on. India is just hiding it to save face on International Stage.

Superb summary thanks to India and Brasil the BRICS is a true independent ndt Economic group. The concern is that one day an Modi-Opposition (anti Indian interested) leader will come to power with the “help” of the US and destroys this unique diplomatic frame work… for decades the US has fanned the embers of India’s animosity to China and vis versa.
To be honest it's Chinese aggression that forced and pushed India further into the US camp. Otherwise India would've been isolated. Though I think China finally learned this, there's been a lack of frequent news of PLA troops encroaching into Indian territory recently.

Such people are just blind andhbhakt of other political parties who didn't make ties with Israel which could've benefitted us from long time. Only modi govt have guts to expand our foreign policy, we've strong diplomatic ties with Israel and we're getting benefitted from it.
Last I checked governments of Bangladesh and Sri Lanka are strongly pro India. Myanmar doesn't have a government and India has nothing to lose there while China has a lot to lose. Afghanistan under Taliban wants "cordial relations" with India and Bhutan literally has Indian soldiers all over their country. China while not being at best terms with India now understands that it can't push India anymore further into US arms. Nepal is irrelevant geopolitically and a pro India government is bound to come soon. Other than snobby Maldives and the failed terror state, I don't see any issues.
