Someone should tell him that the lack of eyebrows just draws attention to his massive fivehead even more.

The only reason why Goku TRULY hasn’t mastered Ultra Instinct is because like Whis said “When you fully master Ultra Instinct you stay in a constant state of it” or as in you stay in it FOREVER. Whis as of rn is in Ultra Instinct FOREVER.

Zeno is a destruction god an is above all angels so ya wrong
All the gods of destruction have been trained by the angels so if goku gets trained by Whis and Vegeta by beerus what does change. Beerus said that UI isn't the only technique of the gods cause the Angels taught the G.O.D the Hakai. The difference between the Angels/Gods and mortals it's the only thing that counts cause they've trained for millions of years while Goku and Vegeta that are mortals have trained for only 50 years or so. The only reason why the angels are stronger than the G.O.D it's because they've been created for training and assist them but Goku is not an Angel and Vegeta is not a G.O.D even though they posses their power dosen't mean anything. None of the gods said that UI is stronger than Hakai, they're different in terms of technique not power, that depends on the user.
If they keep these new transformation each season their eventually goin to surpass Zeno
but zeno is incapable of dying, plus zeno can erase anyone in the blink of an eye, even immortals

Goku is not most powerful character in dbz verse but he is stronger than every anime verse like JJK,Naruto,One piece, etc
To be honest UI was a technique that suprised the gods, and MUI made them all in awe as not even Gods of Destruction had mastered this form. Not to mention MUI/UI is also Stackable with other Saiyan Forms which also gives MUI Goku the upper hand so if we're being honest MUI Goku is still greater until Vegeta learns more about his new form

Goku in a late chapter use ui and controlled his emotions meaning he got AN INSANE BUFF because now he doge and hit 10x harder then does when you use ui so he's equal with vegeta rn but once he master it some more he will destroy vegeta and then he might be able to do the same thing with mui
You got to remember that everything after super is not grounded or canon and shouldn’t be tooken into consideration.
