For anyone struggling its actually very easy to find. You are most likely looking at the wrong exclamation mark on your map. One of the marks will literally say "car you're looking for basically" so just head towards that location and ignore the big search area.
Man they really should increase the signal range so we know if we are getting hotter or colder. I get exclamation mark is on the map but i thought it was bugged the entire time
Playing through the game for the first time, and just did these Delamain missions at what is an early part of the game, just out of prologue Levelled up a lot, and found a rather nice car, and stash point along the way doing this one. BTW, it is marked on the map, and you can select a waypoint from the journal too. Skippy helped too.

You could also show us the map so we know where he is much more easily. I don’t get why people doesn’t think about such things when they go make videos like this.
Chillax a little there. You're too angry. The map was opened at the beginning of the mission and if you follow the car at the pattern indicated in the video you will find it. No need to reopen the map after unless you are a total noob. Most people who play games are not professionals at playing games. If you want fake pro gamer videos which are unrealistic gameplays for most people, then go somewhere else. And keep your negative shit to yourself

fyi when the car glitches out they added another mission to find the missing cab to fix the glitch.
Wtf i roamed the whole map and passed this street 3 times and I didn’t get a signal

You actually get the signal only when you drive onto the yard/property.
