I have 1 tv can possible to turn off this back lighting and when i play in leisure time i switch it back on. Will it affect the video quality on tv when it's connected to 4k ps5 and 4k amazon stick?

How to connect with laptop, I am using an external monitor.
Then put the hdmi from laptop to the sync box and then sync box to the external monitor

Sorry but you have to use firestick/Setup box /PS etc for use this. Otherwise it will not work
