It’s a shame the news commentators I watched at the time didn’t describe this decision accurately. I had no idea the US waited a whole year for substantial reforms to take place at the Human Rights Council. Their reports and criticism didn’t mention these arguments.

As a friend and ally I am honestly irritated by this move. I agree that some countries need to be removed from this council so work together to remove them then instead of running away,that’s is not a good option.
