Simon Neil is from a very popular Scottish band called Biffy Clyro who are huge in the UK. He also appears on the Architects song ‘Goliath’ and he proper screams in it and all you should definitely do it next 🔥
Also if you want to check out any of Biffy Clyro’s stuff I’d definitely recommend either ‘That Golden Rule’ or ‘Living Is A Problem Because Everything Dies’ as a starting point.

I actually couldn't figure out whether that was Simon or Sam screaming in Goliath.. I knew Simon was a great vocalist but I didn't know he could scream like that.. Does Biffy Clyro have any songs that contains his screaming?

Simon Neil is vocalist of the legendary Scottish rock band biffy clyro they have headlined the biggest festivals around Europe infront of acts like green day and foo fighters. Biffy are also headlining download this year they are basicly the European version of foo fighters

The whole new WSS album is a veeery strong contender for album of the year to me, and it's still only April. And I must say, if Sleeps Society is not in my top 5 this year then holy cow imagine the top 5.

Biffy Clyro (Simon Neils main band) are huge over here in the UK. There music varies, their popular "mainstream" stuff is more pop rocky, that got them on the charts/radio. But my friends are always surprised at how heavier they can be, especially live. If you're going to listen to them for first time maybe stay away from spotify/apple top 5/10's if you want more of a heavy and 'raw' sound.

Simon has such a beautiful voice. I only got to know him and Biffy Clyro thanks to his feature on For Those That Wish to Exist. The ochestral version of Space is incredible.

I'm gonna add one more comment in favor of Simon Neil and Biffy Clyro. To be honest, I only listened to their debut album which was really really good (the song "Living Is A Problem Because Everything Dies" is a freaking masterpiece), but then I kind of lost track of them, they are very versatile regarding styles and after that record they got a little softer (even when that record already had some soft tunes). So, I always listen to them once in a while but I don't really follow their discography. It was really a surprise to see him featured in a metalcore band, and he was also part of one of Architects' track. I also wished he had a more concrete participation on the song, like you guys said, you never hear him alone. But, oh well, maybe the song didn't call for it, and as we all know, having multiple vocal layers is a strong part of WSS style.
