    Thank you for explaning this so clearly. After being treated for migraines over 30+ years you have made me feel better about this new option and why it's worth adding to my treatment protocol.

    Very interesting, I was not aware of the consideration surrounding failing other treatments likely inappropriately affecting placebo group outcomes due to expectations

    These medicines are thousands of dollars ($1300 per month), yet Butterbur is readily available as a supplement with many studies to support its efficacy as an oral CGRP inhibitor.

      And it's an incredibly dangerous supplement. Serious liver damage is well-documented even in formulations that are "purified" of toxins. Germany has banned it because of this.
