Just doing a project share today. This project is using G45’s Album in a box for the base and Little One collection to decorate it.
THIS IS JUST A PROJECT SHARE NO TUTORIAL 😉.
I have some CCC DT tutorials coming but they won’t be up til Friday of this week. So while you wait here is a project share. Lmk what you think.

@@letsgetscrappy2654 Sarah’s stepsister is having her fourth boy in September! Sarah doesn’t want to have kids, so I claim her stepsister’s as my grandchildren by choice!. My first two albums I ever made were for her first 2 sons. So now I’m ready for number 4 (number 3’s book is still waiting on Sarah to get the pictures developed!
Just darling, Tiffany! The cover is adorable and this collection is really cute. I also prefer the stand alone album rather than an attached album.
I still like my self made albums better, but sometimes quick and easy is ok

I liked the way you worked on the box and to be honest I like it better that way too. 😍I have several albums that I already bought from Graphic and unfortunately I have the same problem. Some come with many defects. It's not the first time I've dismantled an album and put it back together to cover up defects.😔
Same, for the price Graphic 45 charges, you would think their quality control would be a little better and they would catch stuff like that. I've had several boxes and albums with problems, beat up/bent corners, holes, missing items, etc. It's sad that their customer service isn't what it used to be either....
I’m so glad you shared this. I’ve recently purchased the G45 Album in a box, and like you, 1 didn’t like how it opened & 2. confused about how to attach it to the box and didn’t really want to. So now I’ll definitely use your ideas. I’m not sure what paper I’m going to use yet. Must get them all out & decide. 😅

Love this! I have been working with this paper for 2 weeks...trying to not use any pink as my daughter is having a boy. Love what you did! I am trying to blend different colors of copic markers over the pink balloons and flowers to get them more neutral color. Still haven't found the magic one.! I love your work..how do you create so much! Takes me forever!!

Love the album! I also prefer the book separated from the box. I got my ephemera late last week, so hopefully yours is on its way. I did contact CCC a week or so ago to let them know I hadn't received my backorder, not sure if the timing was just a coincidence or if the package was actually lost in the mail. The ephemera is so cute, it was worth the wait!

Hi I thought I would ask as you’re experienced in making this kind of thing. First, do you think it would be possible to add pages and if so how/where. I’ve just bought this same item and the paper collection. If you added any ivory/cream card can you please tell me the brand,colour and weight. Your finished project is beautiful. I’ve bought this to finish as a gift for a friend. Thank you very much for the video. Anita
Hi. I used Country Craft Creations Artisan ivory card stock to match. I made a book out of the pages that comes in this kit but it’s intended to have the pages put on the spine of the box. I’m sure that there is room to add more to the spine 😉
Do you remember what size cover and spine you added to this mini album? I like your version the best. I’m using Echo Park Our Baby. My album is in transit so so don’t have it yet.

Just adorable, but the quality of this album from Graphic 45 is awful! Mine was beyond repairable. They've stopped making the stickers and chipboard elements, and now the albums are suboptimal. Not sure what is happening with G45......
I completely agree! I even emailed their customer service and was told by one lady they would fix the problems I had in my last order, then got another message from someone else who completely went back on their word and pretty much said Nope sorry, you're out of luck. I don't know what's happening to their customer service, but it's ridiculous! And their quality control is horrible, as many have pointed out!
