  • No custom pipes, clever exhaust valves or heavy tuning necessary. If you want your Audi RS5 to be one of the best sounding V8’s on the road, just get rid of that resonator. Such a simple modification has stepped the presence of this four-wheel driving weapon into the next level. Boy, I wish we had more cars like this on the streets.
    Special thanks to James and Branden for helping me film throughout the day and keeping me company. 😉

    Who needs pops and bangs when you have a Lamborghini V10 with two cylinders lopped off, an outrageously high redline, and a Titanium Exhaust to make it unapologetically loud!
    The only engine that can almost dethrone the LC500 and Aston Martin 4.7 from being the best sounding V8 ever made.
    Damn, is it amazing! Pure Music!
    😱😃

    Awesome sound - what is it like in “normal” mode or equivalent with the valves closed for a daily drive to work etc. with the resonator delete?

    • @roadswaysouth
      @roadswaysouth  Před rokem +1

      I remember it felt like driving a normal car with the valves closed. No noise and no drone

      Not even a little bit. The Germans just know how to build a car properly

    What are the consequences of doing the resonator delete?

    • @roadswaysouth
      @roadswaysouth  Před rokem +3

      A resonator is made for eliminating harsh or annoying sounds created by the exhaust system. Removing it can cause the car to drone or make a raspy noise (sometimes).
      On the plus side, removing the resonator can amplify the noise of the engine and make the car much louder

      @waltermooi4719 Před rokem +2

      @@roadswaysouth alright I see i thought maybe it would take more fuel or something or affect performance somehow, but I hear you, thank you

    • @roadswaysouth
      @roadswaysouth  Před rokem +2

      Actually, it could potentially increase your performance if you take it out, because there would be less restrictions in the exhaust line

      @@roadswaysouth yeah that actually makes sense I don't know why I didn't think about it that way, wait until I bag this V8 bad boy🔥🔥
