Porsche got the details absolutely spot on with the Targa 4S Heritage Design Edition, and it's also a fantastic car to drive - in fact, surprisingly so. Having missed out on being able to buy one when they were allocated, now the desire is even stronger!
A couple of years ago a had a 944. Just a beautiful car, that I was dum enough to drive after a wet evening on the town, crashed into a curb at a bus stop, and totalled it. Sold it for $1000 to a dude who made an ice rally car out of it. Ok. I was young, and had no idea what a superduper car it was. Silly me! But as I say: You are not rich befor you crash a 944 and sell it for nothing....
Tim I think that is one beautiful car that I believe needs driving the problem is that so many of the LTD run will be locked away from prying eyes in private collections Porsche should make it a requirement you need to drive these so many miles a year.

I work with H Greg Lux a lot and met shmee yesterday while he filmed this video and that Senna has the craziest interior ever and is super comfortable actually
The car is such a desirable edition that paying a premium to add one to the garage would not be such a bad thing. Puppi would be soooo happy as well. There is nothing like seeing the ones that you love having the time of their life with the people and possessions that they love!
That's a beautiful color combo. I remember when these were first introduced. Assuming they are not painted on I would remove the white decals though. Definitely a rare find that you should buy if you can get your hands on one. A well kept one will command a good used price later.
You can delete the decals prior to order. I tried to win one on BOTB a few months back and spent a bit of time speccing one up. Love the look of the targa.

My cousin and I are life long car guys and Porsche is that one brand we agree to disagree on I love the 911 aesthetic he doesn't. Always loved the Targa too
The ability to lower the roof on the move is very useful. I have had 2 Porsche Boxsters without it and 1 with it. My current car an Audi TT roadster also has it and it is brilliant. The buffeting on that Porsche targa has been mentioned in several road tests.
It's not just shiny and noisy stuff that's interesting. Everything can be interesting with the right perspective - even the truth of one's own childhood

It’s a gorgeous car and really appears to be holding onto the roots of what makes a 911 great. 911’s are my all time favourite car and one day I’ll have one (probably 2nd/3rd/4th hand and when I retire). If you can find one of these, grab it and keep it and then you can sell it to me in about 15-20 years 😁
Truly stunning in that colour. Make a regular one w/ paint to sample and the same wheels so you can casually daily drive it without watching the value crash.
Such a great looking Porsche! I never like gold on anything, but the cream and Rouge color scheme makes it look classy. I don’t golf much but it makes me feel like it too.
If you have the means & the asking price is reasonable I would definitely add that Porsche to your collection! It looks amazing, can't beat Porsche reliability and it's a great "investment" car! That one will never loose value and it's simply timeless.
This Porsche is beautiful! Liked it since Manny bought it. Especially in this color combo with the red and gold accents. I think the Targa HE will age very well like all 900er series
Green caps on tyres signify nitrogen filled. More stable than “air” better wear on tyres and less fluctuations with temperatures. Used in aircraft tyres for ages

I may be incorrect but I believe the 73 degree is the setting for the interior setting. A thermostat setting.

The reason why the targa cannot do it on the move, is that the glass covers the numberplate in the process, so it's illegal

In my opinion the 992 a Targa is one of the best looking cars ever. It has that old school Porsche touch and clean design but still really aggressive

I think the green valve caps are for nitrogen air for your tires for “better wear”

Not a manual rear wing- it rises automatically at 40 mph. You can also make it come up and stay with the switch.
