I found it strange that they all ran when they heard a gunshot. That revolver only had 5 other bullets in the chamber and I'm even more surprised that they didn't see Steve's piece when they were kicking the crap out of him for two minutes.
Gilly passed from being a mostly ignored character to the most funny this season. Glad to see the change of focus because gilly, taza and tranq really needed more screen

This is almost like the fight between the Hells Angels and the Mongols at Harrahs casino in Reno Nevada in the early 2000s. It's all fists, bats and blades until someone finally pulls out a pistol. In the outlaw world, they call this RatPacking.
I was so worried about Steve this episode dude. He got more screen time than he did before and they were heartfelt type scenes so I thought Steve was gonna die and make the club rage even more. Especially when he was getting jumped and couldn't fight back against 4-5 dudes. When he fired the shot, I said "what the fuck steve..that's fucking gangster"
This was one of the most brutal group fights I’ve ever seen on a show lol the camera angles, the shaking, the switching back and forth between different parties fighting - it was just top tier

Biker clubs aren't one big organization under one leader like the mafia. The Presidents of the different offshoot chapters might get together and vote on super big things, and they talk amongst each other as easy contacts when doing "business". Beyond that, they operate independently and even mother clubs only have so much pull compared to any of the chapters. They operate more as just a large criminal contact network than an actual organized group that doesn't have all of the different branches trying to do their own thing all the time. The fact that it was a civil fight is the only reason they didn't jump to guns. The prospect shooting the dude in this scene didn't get killed due to MC justice only because just how many men were kicking the shit out of him at that time. If it would have been anywhere close to what they would have considered a "fair" fight, neither side would have forgiven him just killing a patch like that, fight or not.
This season was so intense, a civil war between the Mayans, too bad Jax Teller didn’t start a civil war with the other charters, we could’ve gotten a eighth season and possibly Jax surviving
Would’ve been cool. But the difference between them and Mayans was Canche and Ramos got greedy and well their charter members were addicted to the drugs. So they forced Santo Padre’s hand.

I caught on when they started smoking meth and telling Bishop to wait...honestly the dialogue before all that about "reckoning" and "bringing the MC back to glory" threw me off. As soon as I saw that stem light up, I knew that wasn't a good sign.

He's definitely not on Bishop's side of things and besides, Ramos was Alvarez's number two in SoA so it makes sense he wouldn't be on Bishops side if he had to choose. Looks like he either chose a side now or has lost control of the Mayans completely. We'll have to see.

The fact that it was a civil fight is the only reason they didn't jump to guns. The prospect shooting the dude in this scene didn't get killed due to MC justice only because just how many men were kicking the shit out of him at that time. If it would have been anywhere close to what they would have considered a "fair" fight, neither side would have forgiven him just killing a patch like that, fight or not.

This season was so intense, a civil war between the Mayans, too bad Jax Teller didn’t start a civil war with the other charters, we could’ve gotten a eighth season and possibly Jax surviving
Jax knew that would kill the club, he knew that he couldn't fix it and it was going to go boom if he tried. His death at least changed something huge.
Why would he start a war with the other chapters? Plus good chance he get killed and the Charming chapter decimated.
Would’ve been cool. But the difference between them and Mayans was Canche and Ramos got greedy and well their charter members were addicted to the drugs. So they forced Santo Padre’s hand.

@@philliesfan3414 Jax was a manipulative sociopath that put the club on the line and because he wasn't smart enough to see through Gemma's lies. Which is what ultimately got Bobby and West killed. I think that Jax was the worst president of the club which he had to die before it would rip apart.

See I fucking knew that charter was setting up Bishop , I knew something was off with him because he was slimy asf but still Santo Padre came out on top
I caught on when they started smoking meth and telling Bishop to wait...honestly the dialogue before all that about "reckoning" and "bringing the MC back to glory" threw me off. As soon as I saw that stem light up, I knew that wasn't a good sign.
Still don't see how Alvarez had 3 Kings set up and somehow let that crackhead run his original charter from SoA

In my eyes, Alvarez allowed the Kings betray Bishop because I get the fact that he feels lied to by him but he went against him instead of staying out of it. I saw how that Meth hole asshole was clowning on Bishop being in Alvarez shadow and wanting to outshine him.
@@seth_fitzgerald that's a given that Alvarez felt betrayed and lied to. He says so. That's why he confronted Bishop about lying about the heroin and warned him not to touch the Mayan who shot EZ. He's definitely not on Bishop's side of things and besides, Ramos was Alvarez's number two in SoA so it makes sense he wouldn't be on Bishops side if he had to choose. Looks like he either chose a side now or has lost control of the Mayans completely. We'll have to see.

Exactly right, you remember that bridge scene with the first episode? Ramos and Canche were flexing their power and muscle all up in Bishops face yeah. he may be the National President, but it’s two against one Santo Padre has no backing of other charters but they might have Tucson in their corner. Alvarez was so fond of Bishop but he thought he wouldn’t be a match for Canche and Ramos because they’re secluded from the other charters.

Got it give props to Santo Padre, there the fucking toughest out of all other charters who are against them!!! I mean EZ made it alive after that attempt of Assassination, and then you have this brawl in which they kicked ass & also managed to make it out alive, and finally you have this charter who took out the king. Santo Padre is the real ones!!!
