If this method doesn't work for you that means your phone is updated with android 11. It's only possible then by connecting the phone to a laptop via USB cable. Hold both power and volume up buttons and this will take you straight to the reset menu.

Attach your A12 to a computer via USB. Shut down. Press and hold the power key and volume up key. Wait for the reset option screen to appear. There's NO NEED to hold the volume down button then switch to volume up.

Good video easy understanding, but in my phone don’t show the option WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET after doing the buttons sequence where show the options in blue letters the only wipe appears is WIPE CACHE PARTITION can you help out to unlock or reset my phone please. It was bought on market second hand
