Disney's Swan and Dolphin Resort, Swan Building, 2 queen beds with balcony room tour, October 2022

Take a look at our room at Disney's Swan and Dolphin Resort. We stayed in the Swan part of the resort and had a balcony room with two queen beds. I share my thoughts of the resort and how it compares to the Disney owned resorts I have stayed in at the end of the video. We did notify the hotel staff upon check-out about the extremely slow drain in the tub and the non-functioning usb outlets, they apologized and stated they would let the housekeeping staff know.

Are the balcony rooms supposed to have robes?

Hi @Pravin_Yeshua_BTC our room didn't have robes. I have not heard of that but it may be worth calling and asking if you're interested in that.
