Beautiful Ribs. Worcestershire Sauce, Very Nice. I'm doing Beef Back Ribs next week and I'm planning on using Steak Sauce as my binder. I'm only adding SGP, so keeping it simple.

I have found using a paper towel when you pull the membrane off helps with grip. Your ribs look great.
