It is based on a combination of postural and respiratory techniques designed to work the deep core muscles, pelvic floor, and diaphragm.
    Stomach Vacuums are Hypopressive Exercises: These exercises involve low-pressure breathing techniques that create a vacuum effect, reducing pressure in the abdominal and pelvic areas. This helps in toning and strengthening the deep core muscles without putting stress on them.

    Can it be done everyday?

      Yes it can! It is best to be done on an empty stomach, so no food right before but drinking liquids before is recommended.
