What if it is locked? It is asking for a verification code which is in the device. But after entering the pwd it says it is "incorrect password" What to do?
The verification code is a sticker which paste on the camera itself
might be a bit vague.. mine stops at account dosnt exist. theres something you havnt mentioned

u have to create account using that number too...then share to that number
And click the numbers at the left that will lead you to the regions you want to share it to
Sir.. good day.. i buy 2 pcs of this.. 1 for me and 1 for my cousin.. i registered it both camera to my EZVIZ apps account. Its working fine.. later my cousin wanted to have ezviz on his mobile but the problem is she can’t add because already used to my account.. she need it badly for privacy.. how to resolve.. please help. Thanks.
You are having exactly the same issue as myself. I am also trying to be a secondary user but when I add a device with my account, it says the device is already in use. I think the correct method is for the primary user to share the device from his account like explained in this video. I have yet to try this as my primary user is in another country.
