在这里分享一下个人锻炼身体的一点体会供参考借鉴。
总的来说影响身体健康的因素很多,锻炼身体的方法也不计其数,但大方向大原则应该是基本一致的相通的,比如我们的椎骨最怕不良姿势和挤压,我们日常的很多不良姿势如过多低头猫腰驼背耸肩架肩等等都会对身体造成伤害,甚至使椎骨生理曲度变形及椎间盘挤压受损······所以太极拳的基本要领就是“沉肩坠肘,虚灵顶劲·······”,旨在矫正我们日常不良姿势对身体带来的损害,所以我们在锻炼时要避免对椎骨造成非正常曲度的弯曲或挤压为宜,一点个人感受,未必正确,仅供抛砖引玉吧。
