The last gig I gave to one of my cart purchasers was for 200 hot dogs at $6 each. That's $1200 and your profit from that would be around $1,000. I bought one of these carts and had it sent to England, payed $1000 for a door to door delivery only to be charged another £529 when it arrived, emailed with no response supprise supprise! Con man AVOID!!!
This would NEVER pass board of health inspection for food vending business license. No sink for hand washing, no fresh water tank, no waste tank and no proper food storage. This is basically only good for a backyard pool/birthday party hosted by you for family and friends. I was actually thinking how nice this would actually be for my summer pool parties and my 4th of July party to set up with my cotton candy machine and my popcorn machine. However when I saw the price, forget it.

This looks great and seems very nice. However the health board makes codes to do business in some places and they seem to like a way to clean dishes. Not that they will get dirty or anything let alone fall on the ground but wiping the tongs off with a dirty t-shirt they tend to frown upon should such be required. I do agree a 3 sink dish pit and separate hand sink is usually required in most the free world from what I know on restaurants and business practices. But definitely a thumbs up on ingenuity, creativity and design.

Not at all hot to touch causing any burns. The aluminium chassis dissipates the heat well and the stainless pans and burners are well away from the edge of the cart.

If only this cart was sold for what it is really worth. Waaaaaaay over priced.
