This scene makes me want to cry because Bridget sang that song when she was kind and happy and when she sings it as a adult being happy and kind again. It is what Bridget would’ve wanted a long time ago is herself being happy in the future.

I do love seeing Queen Bridget and saving Cinderella but I have a feeling something else might of changed that Red and Chloe aren’t aware of yet. Just throwing out a theory maybe in the sequel red and Chloe confess to their moms about what happened and eventually time need to reset back to before red was about to say treason and she and Chloe went back in time. I know red love the good side of her mom now but I’m sure she needs to be honest with herself and confess evil queen of hearts mom to stop and spare Cinderella because what she is doing is wrong. Idk I just felt like red is running away from her fear and problems and they are following her in the new reality. So whatever happens in the sequel Red and Chloe are gonna realize the consequences of their actions and possibly asking Maddox to help them. Overall I really love the movie I thought it was very cool, loved seeing Brandy and Pablo as Cinderella and Prince Charming again (brought back so many memories of the Roger Hammerstein movie💜), rita ora as the queen of hearts was incredible, love thr actresses who played young ella and bridget they did an incredible job. Can't wait to see the sequel D5
my guess is that cinderella isn’t dead in the normal timeline; she’s just being held captive. but i think the message will be that we cannot change the past/history, but that we have to move forward always
I do think Uliana will set her sights on Red and Chloe. She was spiteful enough to go after Bridget over a prank, she would definitely go after the two girls. I don't think there'll be too many consequences, it does look like the events from 1-3 happened without much consequence but Uliana will no doubt go after Red and Chloe.
The Queen seems so much happier like this. I think changing the past was honestly the best way they could've redeemed her. That way, Bridget and the people of wonderland got to live happy lifes without being haunted by what Ulyana did to her! ❤
The issue is I don't know that Uliana did anything to her, at least not on her own. They didn't really beat Uliana in the past, she was frozen by that cook book which she would have been with or without Red and Chloe being there so nothing's changed there, and if it was Uliana that did it her rage would have been at Uliana and maybe Uma by extension for being her niece. But she was angry with Ella, her only friend when she was a student there, to the point that she was willing to execute her. Ella also seemed like she felt really guilty about what happened, meaning Ella had to have been involved in some way, willing or unwilling. Plus getting Ella grounded so she possibly couldnt go to that dance is likely the only event they really changed back then, unless they pull a "its Cinderella, of course she goes to the dance when she's not allowed" lol. this ending is sweet and I love it but I get the feeling this particular story isn't fully resolved and is going to continue in the next movie

Also yeah they either tricked someone probably unwillingly, as that would make it more regrettable if it was Ella who they tricked, to opening the book or they figured another way to open the book, cause it looked like Uliana’s crew were about to plan something outside Merlin’s office before they saw Red trying to sneak in.
@@shanematt4380 I don't think Uliana's actions would've affected Uma. It sounded like the sisters were in competition with each other so their relationship may be one of contempt. Plus Red and Chloe's actions didn't have much impact on Uma and the other four VKs - Mal still is Queen of Auradon and Uma went through her entire redemption arc when her true goal was to give the Isle the chances she was denied, especially with Carlos's passing.
I feel like they decided to split this into two movies because no way that's the original ending. I still believe Ella was the actual reason why Bridget changed since everything was pointing to her. I think they did it wrong and so Uma now wants revenge for her aunt so they'd probably have to travel back in time in the 2nd film where this time they see the Castle Coming and what really was going to happen if they didn't intervene. It also would be cool to see how Beast & Belle came together to change the school into Auradon since it was something else before and surely they'd have not made it a different school for no reason.
It does explain why the VKs were frozen by the book's spell - someone "good" would've had to open it. But Ella may have been coerced or at the very least manipulated into opening it for them at the time if that were the case, and all five of them would've done so. But Morgie was the only one who wasn't frozen in time, so I doubt he'd be able to coerce, spell or manipulate Ella into opening the book, which was why the prank never happened with Red and Chloe's intervention. However, I don't think Uma would stand up for her sister or her mother. After 2-3 she wanted to give the other VKs and residents of the Isle opportunities that she never got, and she wanted to honor Carlos by giving Red a chance and taking over as Principal. It would throw away her entire character development if they decided to revert her back into evil.
They most likely spilt the story into two movies-The thing with Ella was that she wasn’t there for Bridget when the prank happened; she was off with prince charming. Bridget felt betrayed and all of that emotion I guess turned her into the evil person she was. I’m still wondering about the plothole of how they pulled the prank off if that spell should’ve prevented them from doing it in the first place. Maybe the spell only works once and Morgie got them out of detention and the grabbed the book. Idk. This would explain how the girls getting the book made it so Bridget never became evil. If and when they go back with a way to bypass the spell the book wouldn’t be there, therefore preventing the prank. Idk. Just theories. They probably enchanted themselves after the first attempt so the magic wouldn’t affect them the second time around in the original timeline. It would be cool to see the rest in the next movie. Even Uma’s narration hints at that not being the end of that plot.

Me hiciste acordar que en la película, la Reina menciona que Encantador, el esposo de Cenicienta, si llegó a verla y se burló de ella. Tengo la sospecha de que, cuando todo ocurrió, Cenicienta y el príncipe no estaban presentes, pero quizás el disturbio que se generó hizo que se separen. Tal vez, él fue al baile y Cenicienta a algún otro lugar, pensando en que algo le ocurrió a su amiga. También hay que pensar que se menciona que Uliana las molestaba todo el tiempo. Toda esa situación del baile quizás fue la gota que derramó el vaso, y lleno de dolor y rencor a la joven Reina. Es decir, Uliana logró romper a esa bondadosa chica. Recordemos que en la canción de Uliana se sugiere que iban a engañar a Bridget para que coma el pastelillo encantado, jugando con su inocente forma de ser, ofreciéndole ser su amiga para luego burlarse de ella, humillando a la chica que siempre trató de ser amable con ella. Imagínense pasar por todo eso. Todo eso fue traumático para ella, puesto que le hicieron creer que ser buena era su mayor debilidad y que por eso fue humillada. Se le merecia por ser amable. De ahí que se haya vuelto una mujer sin corazón, irónicamente, ya que se convenció de que esa es la forma correcta de ser en la vida. 😢

I think uliana could have either disguised herself as Bridget and convinced Ella to get the book and open it. remember they don't know that it will freeze you. It was only documented in the future that's how ells's daughter knew . Orrrrrrr uliana could have told Ella she can get her a dress and shoes for the homecoming dance thing. And convinced her the spell is in that book. Ella didn't have money for a dress or shoes because her step monster grounded her for that vase her stupid daughter dropped and broke. Ella could have opened the book for them and snuck out to go to the dance. By the time she gets there Bridget could have already been pranked and now she blames Ella for not being there on time to save her or help her. People could be laughing at her and pointing and Ella doesn't say anything because they did a spell on her to get the dress and shoes so she stays quiet and that's why Bridget became evil because her best friend didn't defend her........... Omgggggg imagine if this is the storyline. That would be crazy but I thought of it first in case Disney takes my ideas lol

Just gonna ask the question that I imagine a lot of people have but how did both Cinderella and Bridgette not recognize their own children when they returned from the past? They both spent a ton of time with their young moms and clearly the moms remember a lot of high school yet some how forgot their children from the past?
This ending is SO BAD AND RUSHED And also theres lots of plotholes 1: when ursalina oppened the book, she frooze because she was a bad person How did she opened the book for the first time? 2: Why is there villains in the past? Villains only got accepted in auradon when mal happened 3: Why is Cinderella's fairy studying with Cinderella? Wasnt the fairy like, WAY older then her? Also, the whole movie made everyone curious about the prank they pulled on bridget, and they just didnt showed it? This movie was mediocre. It was like, 2/10. I think Prince Charming is Red's father in the new timeline because Ella invited Bridget to Castlecoming, but because she's under house arrest, she stayed home. Prince Handsome invited Ella and said that Castlecoming would be there, but since Ella didn't come and Bridget was there, the prince went to dance with her.

I hope that in the sequel they will go back in time again. And when Castlecoming comes, Red will dance with Chloe to the song "So this is love", to which they fall in love just like Cinderella and Prince Charming.
Well at the end of the movie uma says the classic descendants ending line basically saying you don't think the story ends here and she did imply B4 that messing with time has consequences and that although some things changed for the best other things might have changed for the worst ..... So I definitely think they'll be another movie because the story isn't done 🙂
Personally I like this ending. I actually think it is going to stay this way but there will be other issues I. The next one some sort of consequence but I think Bridget’s happy ending will stick.
So no one saying that on the sequel UMA actually redeems herself as a villain. Because now the Island of Villains have been closed again? Especially after what happened when Merlin found the VKs?
the danger of time travel though the butterfly effect. everything appears to be the same aside from the queen of hearts being good now. but what if say queen of hearts stopped another villain while evil she didn't now. so could set up a sequel where by stopping one problem they caused another.
I mean we know it’s getting a sequel. So they’ll do something like that. Something might happen to Red too. Since theoretically her memories should be overwritten. Right. The ending was totally rushed. What would've been cool is if Red and Chloe couldn't stop the prank from happening to Bridget but at least ended up being the people to comfort her. Bc if someone ended coming to Bridget's aid and got her to keep her ways, then they would've fixed the problem and changed the queen of hearts in the future. But ig bc they stopped the prank all together and stop Uil and her crew, they changes the fate of most of the villians and some stories in the future. well, since Bridget never got pranked by Uma's aunt, she retained her kindness and sweetness, but time traveling causes a butterfly effect that ripples across all of reality, so if there is a sequel to this, we'll see Red and Chloe dealing with the side effects of their time travel, and they might try to change it by doing more time travel changing the story comes with a price, in exchange for the Queen of Hearts becoming good, some one else might have turned bad
She deserved a happy ending beacouse even thoug in the past she treated Red unfarily you can tell she truly cares about her and just wants the best for her she just doesen't see things from her point of view and let the past change her life. Still she belives in Red more than anything and wants the best for her. She goes about it in the wrong way but makes things right in the end. In the past as Bridget we see how kind she is, helps everyone, accepts Red as she is and they become close. She loves her and it shows throug the movie. She's a loving queen who went through a prank that's not right. To me it's not a prank but a betrayal. Even if it was done by Uliana Ella was involved and didn't do anything when she had the chanse and should have. She's her friend and should have stoodup for her. She did apoligize in the movie, confessed, was honest and supported through the journey but i agree with Bridget that it's not okay. Despite beeing the villain at the time and hurting others that's not the way you treat anyone. Especially as a friend just not okay at all
I didn't like the ending I'm sorry, they could explain more about Brigdette and the prank, they could have added flashbacks back to the prom , how she felt humiliated from it and how she felt betrayed by Cinderella, they should've made her emotionally abusive towards red, how it made her into the queen of hearts, and why she wants red to be controlled by her at all times. To me she seems like another maleficent to me and another mal, the daughters are both rebellious,they get invited to arudon, the parents got beef, the children doesn't like the girl but they became friends

I feel like the ending was sweet but didn't make sense. It did have potential but its like the mom was forced into something that red wanted her to be in a way. Also what confused me is that part where uma's baby sister opens the book and they freeze. What was the point of red's mom being cursed eventhough the book had Boobytraps. They could have done something more and the movie had potential its just that some parts of it didnt make no sense to me. (Also I didnt like some of the characters looks and Cinderella's Daughters wig.) I love the movies songs they are catchy but the movie is just ehh...okay.

However, I don't think Uma would stand up for her sister or her mother. After 2-3 she wanted to give the other VKs and residents of the Isle opportunities that she never got, and she wanted to honor Carlos by giving Red a chance and taking over as Principal. It would throw away her entire character development if they decided to revert her back into evil.
They most likely spilt the story into two movies-The thing with Ella was that she wasn’t there for Bridget when the prank happened; she was off with prince charming. Bridget felt betrayed and all of that emotion I guess turned her into the evil person she was. I’m still wondering about the plothole of how they pulled the prank off if that spell should’ve prevented them from doing it in the first place. Maybe the spell only works once and Morgie got them out of detention and the grabbed the book. Idk. This would explain how the girls getting the book made it so Bridget never became evil. If and when they go back with a way to bypass the spell the book wouldn’t be there, therefore preventing the prank. Idk. Just theories. They probably enchanted themselves after the first attempt so the magic wouldn’t affect them the second time around in the original timeline. It would be cool to see the rest in the next movie. Even Uma’s narration hints at that not being the end of that plot.

Tal vez, él fue al baile y Cenicienta a algún otro lugar, pensando en que algo le ocurrió a su amiga. También hay que pensar que se menciona que Uliana las molestaba todo el tiempo. Toda esa situación del baile quizás fue la gota que derramó el vaso, y lleno de dolor y rencor a la joven Reina. Es decir, Uliana logró romper a esa bondadosa chica. Recordemos que en la canción de Uliana se sugiere que iban a engañar a Bridget para que coma el pastelillo encantado, jugando con su inocente forma de ser, ofreciéndole ser su amiga para luego burlarse de ella, humillando a la chica que siempre trató de ser amable con ella. Imagínense pasar por todo eso. Todo eso fue traumático para ella, puesto que le hicieron creer que ser buena era su mayor debilidad y que por eso fue humillada. Se le merecia por ser amable. De ahí que se haya vuelto una mujer sin corazón, irónicamente, ya que se convenció de que esa es la forma correcta de ser en la vida. 😢

I think uliana could have either disguised herself as Bridget and convinced Ella to get the book and open it. remember they don't know that it will freeze you. It was only documented in the future that's how ells's daughter knew . Orrrrrrr uliana could have told Ella she can get her a dress and shoes for the homecoming dance thing. And convinced her the spell is in that book. Ella didn't have money for a dress or shoes because her step monster grounded her for that vase her stupid daughter dropped and broke. Ella could have opened the book for them and snuck out to go to the dance. By the time she gets there Bridget could have already been pranked and now she blames Ella for not being there on time to save her or help her. People could be laughing at her and pointing and Ella doesn't say anything because they did a spell on her to get the dress and shoes so she stays quiet and that's why Bridget became evil because her best friend didn't defend her........... Omgggggg imagine if this is the storyline. That would be crazy but I thought of it first in case Disney takes my ideas lol

the danger of time travel though the butterfly effect. everything appears to be the same aside from the queen of hearts being good now. but what if say queen of hearts stopped another villain while evil she didn't now. so could set up a sequel where by stopping one problem they caused another.
I mean we know it’s getting a sequel. So they’ll do something like that. Something might happen to Red too. Since theoretically her memories should be overwritten. Since her mom is nice she should get the memories she would’ve had growing up with this version. Meaning it should effect her personality as well. Sucks that we gotta wait till 2026 to see it though.

I loved this movie and I genuinely loved the ending. I was so relieved they were able to fix it. I can’t stop listening to the soundtrack it’s so good.

Right. The ending was totally rushed. What would've been cool is if Red and Chloe couldn't stop the prank from happening to Bridget but at least ended up being the people to comfort her. Bc if someone ended coming to Bridget's aid and got her to keep her ways, then they would've fixed the problem and changed the queen of hearts in the future. But ig bc they stopped the prank all together and stop Uil and her crew, they changes the fate of most of the villians and some stories in the future. So I'm hoping the next movie has something to do with the future being all screwed up. I mean, they are going off of the books tho so we'll see

well, since Bridget never got pranked by Uma's aunt, she retained her kindness and sweetness, but time traveling causes a butterfly effect that ripples across all of reality, so if there is a sequel to this, we'll see Red and Chloe dealing with the side effects of their time travel, and they might try to change it by doing more time travel
changing the story comes with a price, in exchange for the Queen of Hearts becoming good, some one else might have turned bad

She deserved a happy ending beacouse even thoug in the past she treated Red unfarily you can tell she truly cares about her and just wants the best for her she just doesen't see things from her point of view and let the past change her life. Still she belives in Red more than anything and wants the best for her. She goes about it in the wrong way but makes things right in the end. In the past as Bridget we see how kind she is, helps everyone, accepts Red as she is and they become close. She loves her and it shows throug the movie. She's a loving queen who went through a prank that's not right. To me it's not a prank but a betrayal. Even if it was done by Uliana Ella was involved and didn't do anything when she had the chanse and should have. She's her friend and should have stoodup for her. She did apoligize in the movie, confessed, was honest and supported through the journey but i agree with Bridget that it's not okay. Despite beeing the villain at the time and hurting others that's not the way you treat anyone. Especially as a friend just not okay at all
I didn't like the ending I'm sorry, they could explain more about Brigdette and the prank, they could have added flashbacks back to the prom , how she felt humiliated from it and how she felt betrayed by Cinderella, they should've made her emotionally abusive towards red, how it made her into the queen of hearts, and why she wants red to be controlled by her at all times. To me she seems like another maleficent to me and another mal, the daughters are both rebellious,they get invited to arudon, the parents got beef, the children doesn't like the girl but they became friends

I feel like the ending was sweet but didn't make sense. It did have potential but its like the mom was forced into something that red wanted her to be in a way. Also what confused me is that part where uma's baby sister opens the book and they freeze. What was the point of red's mom being cursed eventhough the book had Boobytraps. They could have done something more and the movie had potential its just that some parts of it didnt make no sense to me. (Also I didnt like some of the characters looks and Cinderella's Daughters wig.) I love the movies songs they are catchy but the movie is just ehh...okay.
