Man, this is the one and only Call of Duty whose story I have truly cared about. This is also the best use of quick time events I have ever seen in any game, and the soundtrack is just perfect. You get to defend Burger Town, snow bike your way through a firefight, get betrayed, get killed and yet you still keep going. It's just nuts, and it still amazes me how they included that No Russian mission there, given the game came out in '09. It took balls to publish something like that. You fight in the favelas, you take back the White House, and the ISS gets destroyed. This game is just pure and simple exhilarant action.

Definitely the best campaign I have ever played. It was a very emotional game. Also the multyplayer was revolutionary.
2010 - Best year in history of FPS games. No shooter will ever have the full package of game quality (especially ahead of its time), story line, amazing community, no trolling, and just plain nostalgiac fun.
