I am fairly sure that I saw this same house for sale on another show 1-2 years ago. It was built on spec. I wonder if it has been for sale all that time, or is it a re-sale following short ownership??

They forgot to mention that northern Idaho has become a haven for people escaping liberal states; thus the real estate boom. Also if you are going to spend that much money on a public lake property, think about improving the habitat along your shoreline for aesthetics and fishing. Personally I'd take two-million of that money and build a private fishing and waterski lake instead.
