Lego Ninjago Lloyd I think it's because they don't post very often, which is understandable since there are only two people working on the channel, but CZcams seems to only really promote channels that post frequently. More videos -> more promotion -> more subscribers -> more marketing opportunities for CZcams, at least that's what I think. It's something along the lines of that

Lego Ninjago Lloyd HISHE was started in 2005, but came to CZcams in 2007. Those who were already familiar with them most likely subscribed. Also, back then, CZcams wasn't as obsessed with views and amount of videos produced as they are now, so that may have allowed HISHE, as well as other channels, to amass subscribers before CZcams started becoming more commercial and decided to put importance on those who post often. Also, HISHE has a licensing deal with Starz Media, so that probably helps a bit, getting them out there
