She looks weak because she has 3500 atk, 57.8% crit chance and 155% crit dmg and no signature lightcone lol. Plus no quantum weakness on the enemy so you have to use Silverwolf (Who is pretty mid tbh) to apply it when a unit like Tingyun or Bronya would have made her a lot stronger against enemies that already had quantum weakness.
why everyone using ruan mei ult after boothil skill now? Ruan mei ult lasts for 2 ruan mei turns, unlike most buffs that last every dps turn. It wouldn't make a difference if you use it instantly after ruan mei turn or before boothill attack. Only get less energy.
It was not on purpose lol, but it is not true that it wouldn't make a difference using Ruan mei's ult in the start of the Boothill's turn, casue it extends the watchmaker buff, but there's no difference of using it after BH's skill which I said was not on purpose.
Tbh we need another quantum main dps cause Seele alone cannot carry that team with her being the only DPS

Because Gallagher might be doing superbreaks that make up for the AA given to BH by Bronya
