Nice house however you seem to have rushed through it and missed several areas. For instance at the beginning of the video you said there were 6 bedrooms yet you only covered 5 and that was inclusive of the detached casita... I know that making these may not be the easiest but keep at it man. God bless

It's like the other person said take your time and show the whole house you were to hire to show the pool the little sides aren't swimmable looks nice that's it as far As the guest house you ran through that next time slow up give us a real showing

Do homes in these southwestern desert climates just have windows that don't open because they figure in the summer you will always have the AC on and in the winter you will always have the heat on? It looked like the windows in the bedrooms didn't open.

Most people who live out of state are not familiar with Paradise Valley. Thats why we put Scottsdale in the title and made sure to mention in the first 5 seconds of the video that the home is located in Paradise Valley :) Thank you for watching!
Considering heâs a realtor trying to attract as many clients as possible, the Scottsdale title seems warranted considering Iâm from LA and didnât even know paradise valley existed before this video. Iâd do the same
