You're fishing my neck of the woods.
I've always had luck with chicken liver in panty hose. You was close to the Chickamauga swimming area at the dam. If you go on up past that nuclear plant, and hang a left into the soddy lake area they are some huge ones in that area near the boat harbors. One in-between the bridge and the harbor . It has a deep hole most don't know about. Put your boat in at soddy lake. Their are places to put in with no crowded area's. One spot is at that bridge by the harbor. Take hwy 60 to Dayton and come into soddy
