as for dehydration...if you eat a lot of high water content foods DURING SEHRI such as watermelon or cucumber it will keep you less thirsty compared to just drinking water as water will just be removed through urine... additionally adding electrolytes OR pink himalayan salt OR seasalt to your water (instead of just drinking plain water) and drinking that during sehri and through out the day helps with the fast...

You can use it once you're 25. Or even from now, but retinol also drys the skin. Always moisturise using a moisturiser made for dry skin esp when you start retinol.
