No Conduit No Problem

Yes, no conduit or flex was used for this circuit but that is only part of problem with my friend's a/c circuit. Watch until the end to see what I consider to be the biggest, and most dangerous part of this circuit. If any electricians (or anyone who's done some wiring) are watching, let me know in the comments where you think this rates on a scale of 1 -10, with 10 being the worst wiring you have seen. I think with the combination of the flex being cut off with the metal around the conductors, the lack of conduit or flex, stapling the THHN to the joist, and last but not least, feeding the circuit by jamming some #6 AL under the terminals on the hot side of the main breaker make it a 10 for me.
