T-Series vs Pewdiepie has been an ongoing battle for the place at the top, and it looks like India is gaining ground on Pewdiepie. Many people have come to Felix's aid, such as Mr. Beast, Markiplier, JackSepticeye, even Logan Paul has set the Logang to subscribe to Pewdiepie. So while I do support Pewdiepie, I wanted to make this video to analyze what happens when the mob mentality of a group goes a little bit too far and crosses the line. - Komedie

A year ago when all this was going on a friend of mine was pestering me about subscribing to pewdiepie and I just responded that I don’t care who has the biggest numbers on CZcams. She then told me it was more than just numbers because tseries is a corporation. I told her there were many other corporations that I worry about way more. Then she started to say something like “well India is so awful so we have to...”
I put down my food, looked right at her and said “what?” And then she suddenly just stopped talking about it and the conversation between the group of friends I was sitting with shifted to something else.
Keep in mind we’re adults. The racist things my little sister has heard from edgy little boys in her class are way worse.
India should never, ever be associated with T series. And even then no one should ever say “X is so bad.” That’s disgusting.

Probably 60-70% of Tseries audience is Indian. It's mainly because Bollywood movies are watched worldwide, & Tseris is mainly about Bollywood.

Bollywood is a huge industry in india including the music and t series shares the music from those songs for. Its actually a bad thing though, you see CZcams’s motto is “broadcast yourself” and now a multi million dollar company is representing CZcams as a whole instead of a average person who makes videos on this platform. We (as almost whole world) has already made the choice after seeing the economy model such as socialist (Soviet Union) & communism model flopped and ditched it after world war 2. So there is no point in hating corporate just because they want to earn profit unless it is done in unethical way. Remember CZcams (Google) in itself is a giant corporate much bigger than T-series, if we really hate corporate shouldn't we stop using CZcams/Google as a whole. Why this dicotomy? The truth is we all have something to crib about on social media pressing forward our opinion as best one. Capitalism has it's advantage and disadvantage, I am not in favour of capitalism but if you are truly dissatisfied with this economic model do something about it, study economics and come up with a better model which will replace this. Promote this new model so world can follow and benefit for all can happen. Until then stop seeing company or corporate as evil by default, because as long as capitalism will exist corporate will rule ( apple, Facebook, google, Amazon etc.) The world currently don't have a better alternative available to switch.
Side note : Ppl who are praising PewDiePie for raising funds for kids should know he could be indirectly responsible for millions of Indian kids getting bullied & tormented residing outside india. PewDiePie is the one who started this racist conflict and sown the seed of discrimination. We adult have defense mechanism to deal with racism but kids are defenseless.

Yet pewdiepie is far from the most popular youtuber, Tseries already took that position. They have 3 times as many views as pewdiepie. In the end subscribers dont matter much other than for the playbutton. Views are more important
Not at all, prioritising content over quality gets more views. Pewdiepie's average views per video are way higher than t-series and if he were to upload more he would amass many more views. I believe average views per video is a lot more important and a better indicator of popularity.

So it is hard to get high Avg count. If they remove all videos except Music Video, they definitely gonna have much high Avg count along with the highest count.

It's because T-Series is a company and the battle for the number one spot represents the shift from 'anybody' youtube to corporate youtube, where corporations will rule. They continued to gain subscribers even when yt was down and no one could access it, something that can happen only with sub bots. No I think that it will be the exact opposite, t series taking the top will mark how CZcams is becoming a place not for small creators, but for companies. This is exemplified by talk shows and news companies ruling the trending tab not independent creators. All of this topped off with CZcams’s new copyright wave, which individual creators can’t fight but big corporations can, and you can see why we won’t get more smaller creators, but more big companies ruling youtube.
