The buses usually have a drain valve under the bus to drain the air tanks
Amazing Busses!!!
when i was a kid, the buses were bluebirds gmc with a 4 speed man.
I vaguely remember the local bus company running an old C60 auto with a big block, it ran a small route but got retired and replaced with a POS IC bus that promptly caught fire and subsequently got replaced with a Thomas Freightliner with a 5.9 Cummins, that bus ran up until recently, it got replaced with a Saf T Liner with a Mercedes 4 banger
Are you just a First Student member or what is the type of job you have because it looks like something I wanna do especially sense I like school buses myself.

GOOD MORNING BEAST MISSISSAUGA TRANSIT CZcams VIDEO CANADA ONTARIO 🇨🇦🇨🇦🍁🍁🍂🍂🍂
The great sonds Engine DT466 an the Alison pts 2500 6-speed
Do most of these have backup alarms?
Are you going to do new update on your school busses on your CZcams channel just asking my friend
How does the on spot tire chains work? For give me I am from the south!
To keep it simple, there's a wheel that gets pushed against the tire, the wheel has chains around it, as the wheel is spun, those chains fling out and end up under the tire, that's how most systems work, idk if on spot does anything special
How is that 2000 bird with the manual trans run
Do you own these buses personally or are they company owned? That's a lot of buses if they are personally owned.
Very Nice
Matthewgeorgepaymonthschoolbus😅😅
In the first bus. The IC. What’s the swinging thing in front of the windshield?
is bus 649 from upstate NY? as I remember a bus from first student that was 649 in the upstate new york area
RyryGamingHD 649 I picked up from the Middle Island NY lot. Greg Faulkner would know more where it served its whole life. He does have Flickr photos of it back when it was in service. I own it now and I like that bus a lot
Lol
Why do you drain the air tank?
Matthewgeorgepaymonthschoolbusok😅😅
Hey is that 422 sales
why do you have to get rid of all the air pressure?
I could be wrong, but I believe that when the parking brake is set and there is no air in the tanks, you can't release the parking brake. Since the buses don't have a "park" gear, only neutral, this is a way to prevent someone unauthorized from moving the bus.
Eric Fox he could have just pumped them down till the knob popped out no need to take them clear down. He could have went out and pulled the drain valve cable it would have been faster. Not sure why he turns the key on🤔. Don’t need key on to drain the tanks or to pump them down
No understand are you a contractor because there is no plates on most of them, how can u use them
Loke of sonds the IC CE BE DT4666
What year is that ICRE and what engine does it have?
That’s interesting! I never knew VT365’s were an option for second generation ICRE’s!
Over here in Ottawa, First Student doesn’t have anymore buses with VT365’s, our last bus with a VT365 was bus 203748 which was a 2008 ICCE200
I don’t feel good
i love the grille on one of the school buses. grill looks like it belongs on a lincoln or a jaguar
