  • At times it can be both exciting and daunting trying out new glazes as there is a risk of complete disaster or utter triumph when you've spent so much time and effort making a piece of pottery.
    Through personal experience I can honestly say it’s through trial and error that my work has improved.
    Don’t be scared to take a risk and try something new. It could be the best thing you ever do!
    Most of the pots in this video are made using the slip cast method with porcelain P2
    Cone 5/6 (That’s what they come out at!)

      ah thank you for the lovely comment Terri. have a video completed for slip casting just need to clip it all. I will show you how to do slip casting and all the tips and tricks as it’s not as easy as it looks x

    So glad to have found you! New subscriber here! So happy to see another person that also does slipcasting. I sc and handbuild as welll. My favorite pieces are the amaryllis ones. It’s by far my favorite glaze right now. I also love the river birch and temmoku pieces. I’ve never seen that combo before.

    I make lots of tumblers so don’t use your lovely pink one for toothbrushes 😃
