Thats why NMC said the license to practice medicine given to Indian should be at PAR with the license to practice given to citizens of that country.
Philippines M D is 4 years program only till date. Government of Philippines so far did not approve 4 years 6 months program.

The NMC Gazette of November 18, 2021 says as follows:
Registered with the respective professional regulatory body or otherwise, competent to grant license to practice medicine in their jurisdiction of the country in which the medical degree is awarded and at par with the license to practice medicine given to citizens of that country.

And can a Filipino get a License to Practice medicine without passing the PLE?
Without Passing the PLE or Board Exam, it is not possible to get a License to Practice Certificate from the PRC of the Philippines Government.
And the license to practice certificate should be at par with the license to practice medicine given to citizens of Philippines.
The license should be Registered
Valid to practice medicine for Indian students within the Philippines.

An Indian student or a International student will be following the steps like this to do M D in the Philippines
12 K - Higher Secondary pass with P C B
NMAT or NEET Score card, yet to decide, but there is a Entrance Exam
After this Direct M D Admission
NO B S or any Pre Med is NOT Required for M D Admission
5 Years M D Course
After M D graduation 12 months Intership - 1 Year Internship
Board Exam - PLE Passing is a must, to get License to Practice
With this PLE Passing, License to Practice Certificate will be given by P R C, without passing PLE No License to Practice Certificate.
And without License to Practice , No FMGE or Next Step 1 in India.
After the Valid License to Practice Cerificate at Par With the local Filipino Citizens from the Professional Regulation Commission from the Philippines
An Indian student graduated with M D from the Philippines can Apply for FMGE or Next Step 1
You donât need definitely to pass PLE ..if you want to liscence to practice then you can orelse you only need to be registerable with regulatory body which is PRC and thats possible ..if you go through guidelines you will know either you should be eligible to aquire the liscence or registerable with regulatory body âșïžđ

if the license not given as and the same method followed for the Filipino and eligible to practice wihin the jurisdiction of the Philippines, by an Indian student then its not going to be accepted by the NMC.
so if it says at PAR with the local citizens means without passing PLE the License to Practice medicine certificate is INVALID in India to appear in the Next step 1
@@KishoreKandaleIf that then hopefully they will amend the current law which is Medical act of 1959 ..which is already proposed and approved by one of Senate and further these will approved by higher representatives also ..so that finally both foreigners will also be able to go for PLE..there is great chance that everyone will approve bcz you know from where the most income comes to Philippines na đ ?? so yeah it will be done now worries hehe

But students should be prepared to pass PLE which will be fentastic.
But B S all of you should appose, as in the new proposal there is no B S or Pre Med, but after +12 entrance exam and Direct admission to M D of 5 year program, 1 year internship and PLE PSSING is a must to get License to Practice Certificate from PRC to appear in the FMGE or Next step 1,
but David and Tranworld will collect B S and sometimes adjust the B S fees in the M D course. And it is already increased in M D in 2024 - 2025 fees structure, as first two years M D
2550 usd/ Semester is increased to 3950 usd /semester and they made B S fees as 500000.00 rupees
so a 5600 usd is increase of B S fees adjusted in M D and reduced B S direct fees as 950000.00 to 500000.00 rupees.
But in M D 465000.00 rupees is increased.
You can understand the tricks and cunningness and cheating the poor students.

I got my admission in 2015. Nd i m done my all course is offline ,,,,only internship online ,,, i m doing my internship also in india offline ....which guideline use for me ...our gmc says me you got another 1 yr internship means in india my internship duration 2 yr

Allowing International students to write the Board Exam or PLE is also NOT permitted by the Philippines Government till date.
Yes broâŠits true iam studying in Philippines..till date there is no official notice from PRC regarding our license to practice ..but the course duration had already changed to 4.5 yrs and 1 yr of internship which in total of 5.5 yrs and its there officially posted in CHED site and their FB page also ..only the problem is regarding license and it will sort out asap ..i got information that they done everything they are waiting for new ambassador to approve ..so yeah its good to know that things are actually going to work soon đ„°
ââ@@ronoxhd1721course duration cannot be for few colleges, the entrire philippines medical program should be shifted to new 4.5 years medical course for both Filipinos and International in all the colleges and students, that is the principle.
or else simply increase the number and printin the certificate will be questioned and become Invalid by International medical council.
tjey may deny International recognizion for Philippines.
It is counted as cheating.
and N MC will never accept such a program.

Nepal is the best to study mbbs..
@Ajaysah57925 if you have no plans to take usmle maybe it's best. Until now, usmle svores from nepal remain invalidated because of the cheating scandal.
