honestly her biggest mistake was having her brother as her realtor. Mom needs to stay home
whats wrong here? the parents are trying to control her . she expects to do just as she pleases with someone elses money. what about buying what she can AFFFORD, her expectations are her problem. the parents should either support her choices or back out.
I agree, the whole situation is ridiculous. She’s horribly disrespectful to great parents looking to set her up as a GUARANTEED homeowner for life. I would disown her.

Mom has forgotten that her daughter is grown. She left the nest a long time ago. I know as I’m the mother of three grown children in their 30’s. And that mother acts like she never took a hit off a joint!
I actually liked the first apartment small as it was. It was beautifully renovated and had a great outdoor space. A privacy screen at the top od f the stairs would shield the bedroom from guests going onto the balcony. The Mezzanine bedroom could have a futon for guests and become a home office. For someone who had lived in London it would have been a terrific purchase. The artwork in the 3rd place was awful. It made the place look dark and dismal.
I had a friend in grad school whose parents ordered her to go to law school after grad school but the friend paid her own way. I thought that was bonkers.
Rent, until you can afford it on your OWN!

Lots of bad acting...you can tell the parents were told to play the protective parents and the daughter to want the opposite for some drama...but touching and playing around with other people's belongings is not a good look....the brother "realtor" doesn't say much....
As soon as the dad made the comment about needing his co signature to get anything, I would have said we are done!!!! Mom is nagging irritating!!

Why would anyone agree to purchase a home after only having three choices? ??? Unless of course, they already bought one of the three houses, and they filmed backwards to make the TV program look genuine..
That is how these shows work............. all of them.
Yes...they completely own the home prior to filming.
